Fair play Ohmni, good luck, i do hope a improved outcome materialises.
What folk need to remember is this isn’t a sale of a profitable and solvent business. We have FA leverage and each day that goes by we are closer to bankruptcy. Talk of first offer and ‘selling on eBay’ for crice sake....the BoD (who we trust and love and who prioritise SH value) have made it crystal clear on their thoughts.

The clue here is what our BoD state regards their support of this offer.
This ain’t a hostile takeover....

Any large scale PLC wanting to counter offer will need to have done 3-6months DD.

In simple terms the shaft has shafted us
Fatal mis judgement from CF, he should have used all early finance to sink the shaft, but didn’t. Money spent on tunnels, port infrastructure, a stake in Cibra (ffs!!) MHF....etcAll focus should have been the shaft. His DD with JPM plus his so called mining and finance should have informed this.Maybe his ego got the better of him.Lesson, when you have cash tackle the difficult bits first....not last.

DD takes months
CF will have known this was coming on the last call. AA may have positioned as a halo investor, got access to the books then thought sack this, we’ll take the lot.

Illogical that any ‘LTH’ can reflect on their investment to date and not be critical of where we are and the performance of the BoD. Most ‘LTH’ who are not traders will have averages of 15p+ and anyone not frustrated at the BoD and their previous forecasts and investor presentations ain’t an investor. They are a ‘believer’....
Anyhow onwards and here’s hoping (it’s all we have) of a strategic partner who’ll Jump onboard and take less than 75% of our company.

With the pd at record highs (but rising from a low base) how would a suitor value the in ground asset?
There is plenty of research on the net about gold but gold has been historically very much more stable than pd (it’s been traded for hundreds of years).
I know we get giddy at the$2,000 oz. But realistically we will receive what? $50-100 per oz.... which based on 15oz (or up to 40oz) still makes for eye watering values.
Thoughts welcomed.

CF was very clear that Sirius were not actively engaged with government regards finance.
Government didn’t like the shaft sink risk.

I expect dilution of my share holding but not in the form of us being offered new shares. The SP is too low, the PI is fatigued and most importantly, no mention of this option in the presentation or webcast.
Cannot see it. Also time.... we don’t have any.
