.... if signed then all the legals would have been done and third parties satisfied and the timing from signature to RNS would be brisk.

That tweet may force the BOD to disclose that they’ve been a bit slow (me being kind) in meeting their duties as a listed co.

Reminder that we are suspended due to being able, at present, to clarify a relationship with one bank.
That is FACT and is what the co have stated.
We are not suspended due to an offer.

The BOD need to step up and clarify ASAP.

If real and he has been involved in any deal he will have signed an NDA.
Having reviewed and signed many NDAs, if the case, he will be sued and the penalties can be significant.
If he has posted on the back of third party pub talk info and not signed an NDA then the investigation starts.

following social media speculation, trading in its ordinary shares has been suspended (at 7.45am today) pending clarification of its relationship with CITIC.

On any given day the BOD should be able confirm this.,,, they’ve had 4 days and have been caught out previously.

They need to get their act together pronto...

They’ve been caught out previously and had to RNS what their relationship is.
Why this taking a long time is reassuring is baffling.

Any and all genuine LTHs should be calling for clarification ASAP.

Given this is not the first time EUA have needed to clarify their engagement (lack of) with banks you’d think it should only take 1 min to confirm, yes, no, ongoing.
