We should be out of suspension based on what the company have told us.

Was invested in SXX where many discussions were had no doubt with interested parties but the share never suspended.
Once announced the SP bounced just below the AAL offer until conclusion.

Has anyone been involved in a similar situation to ours?

As an investor why is it wrong to scrutinise management, critique the investment and hold those accountable.... accountable?
