Getting a replacement nomad before when we actually had one was going to be tough.... now with the clock ticking and being suspended....

The purpose of the RNS was to update that the nomad had resigned and that they were unable to get suspension lifted because they can’t ( or won’t) clarify bank relationship.

That was the primary reason for the RNS Fact.

Relisting, mining ourselves and the SP being say 1p is fine. It’s not worthless and Pd at £2k+ would put us on a stable and undervalued footing, we would likely have the flanks which we didn’t have and we could trigger Sinosteel. IMO.
That would be fine by me and would be preferable to suspension and no nomad.

Technically we have until the end of May.
But, if we enter May still suspended without a new Nomad it will, IMO, be very difficult to get a new Nomad in.
So, my view.... hopeful on new nomad appointment on or before 30 Apr. The Bod did state they believed this was the case also.

But, any new nomad will have to deal with this bank relationship crap first off....a clean line would have been if WHI had that sorted before their departure.

We are suspended because we are unable to clarify our relationship with a bank. Fact.

BoD been caught out previously regards clarification of bank relationship. Fact.

During this time our Nomad has resigned. Fact.

At this time we have no replacement nomad. Fact.

BoD state they believe they will appoint Nomad before end of April. Fact.

Now no one will be happier than me if we relist in the coming days.

But everyone be careful of those who only present ultra positive £1 sp tomorrow crap.
