They purposefully used the word ‘conversation’ to avoid the word relationship.

Also, we remained suspended after this so called clarification. Hence it was not ‘clarified’

The BoD really need to step up on the comms front they have been terrible.

And care to share how it might work. Looking for positive examples. Also, does it attract any extra cost to the shareholder, I.e admin and management costs.

Even if you don’t believe Spikeyj it would be naive to not consider it COULD have been 3 month’s notice. 3 months, 1 month, 3 weeks....
However you cut it one should be appointed by now. There’s been loads of time to conclude DD, especially as substantial DD was completed weeks back.

Why did the BoD state their expectation of sorting before end of Apr?
It was either in the bag, when the BoD wrote that RNS but something has cropped up last minute or the BoD knew it was unlikely but wanted to throw a bone, short term, to the market.
Hobson’s choice but both are pretty crap whichever way you look at it.

And not believing in coincidences, this issue with the banks and an inability to clarify relationship is imo the cause of the nomad resignation.
Given the delay in completing satisfactory DD is what imo is the reason for no new nomad.
Delist looks increasingly likely. What will have improved in the past 2-3 weeks which couldn’t have been sorted earlier... especially when the BoD were so bold in expecting this nomad issue to be sorted weeks back.

Our BB can’t have it both ways i.e Hammond is a true city pro and great at deals but made a rookie error.
IMO He’s either a rank amateur nowhere near discussions who made a mistake based on 2nd or 3rd hand loose lips or a real pro close to the deal who intentionally made that leak for strategic aims.

The problem is they ain’t imperial measures. They mean absolutely nothing. DD is never ever complete until it is .... complete. 95% of the easy DD May well be complete... what about the tricky remaining 5%.
Don’t get started on terms and contracts, I’ve got to agreement on 99% of manu contracts with clients for there to be say one difficult clause that can take weeks to negotiate.
It comes down to trust in the BoD and they keep falling the wrong side of these suggestions, believe, shortly, advanced, substantial....

It may be better for your wealth to filter the rampers who post daily about how brilliant the BoD and the company are doing... when suspended, no nomad and days from being delisted.

The BoD are responsible for causing the arguments on here with their lack of transparency and continually missed deadlines.
