Most placements are a license to print money for the bucket house... they usually sell the shares ASAP but this is usually when done at a discount... see UKOG!! Creates an overhang that the MM slowly process leading to a brake on the SP for a while.
But this feels different. The II’s may be looking to hang around for a medium term stake in the company.
We will know more come early sept after the shares are admitted

Yes we are all diluted by 1.3% by new shares added.
But.... 1.3% is added to the balance sheet with the new £10.5m

Any company buying will be looking at next year’s mining season therefore the clock is ticking. From offer what is typical of the time it takes to actually get the keys? There’s lots of infrastructure planning and scaling up required.

Still some upside here JR but you maybe slightly over egging it a bit.
BTW... lessons learned. It is never ever wrong to take a bit of profit off the table when you’re significantly up, especially volatile stocks. Good knows Aim can be brutal.
