Yes it is clear that the company and assets are up for sale. Has been since 2015. But anything further than that is speculation . DD is complete apparently but since that was stated years ago nothing substantive has ever been followed up.

Latest comms states a buyer may be found in brics…

A clear distancing from a probable sale inferred from the previous comms

Dfs should be published, clearly price sensitive…any buyer would normally be told to put up or shut up….as the market needs to see the dfs

I don’t know the reason why they aren’t processing the stockpile. But it is certainly very very unusual, never seen it at a junior, especially one that is loss making and cash hungry.

UK sanctions do put strict prohibitions on Uk businesses converting between sterling/Rouble

One presumes the processor would pay the miner (Eurasia subsidiary?) in roubles.

How would this be crystallised into the Eurasia accounts and for the ‘benefit’ of shareholders… I don’t know but even if possible it would not be easy.

Iain Rawlinson is still involved who is a very credible financier and barrister, one would hope he’s keeping an eye on things.

Very hard to see this company turning a profit on what we know… as others mention, why isn’t the dfs public?

That ACF report was widely publicised on here with assumed sky high resources. Mac was at time’s regularly posting 30+ times most days.

Any current investor needs to reappraise the existing proven resources….which are currently very small.

And the WK mining… is there anything happening….?
