The company stated in the recent RNS that visibility on the next sale update was ‘low’. They’ve not stated anything to update this view.

Not sure how you’ve deduced it is’imminent’

Is the company purposely misguiding the market? Setting a low expectation when in reality(your reality) a deal is ‘imminent’?

Maybe production was stopped because it is not profitable to mine

And they cannot or won’t process process…

No 2023 mining plan so all speculation on my part.

No 2024 mining plan either…

The BoD have communicated very very little these past few years. Very opaque and very very unclear.

Beggars belief any genuine investor can be satisfied with the current comms situation.

There is no BoD… one executive director and that’s it…. There’s nothing happening day to day.

No CFO

No Finance Director

No COO

No executive MD

There’s a chairman and a few non-executives , Rawlinson gets second billing and what does he do? A day a month?

I don’t think they have ‘ran out of money’

But they certainly are running out of money

There is no income and no mining. Plus no plan, made public, to change this. Just a ‘hope’ of asset sale this year

You can ‘trust’ what the BoD say but you have to read and understand what they’ve said. And also be very circumspect when interpreting to the upside as opposed the downside when opaque and ambiguous statements are made.

The BoD have 7 years of opaque statements imo.

Also have to research how much proven reserves there are on record….

Anyone seen the BoD? Interestingly how many actual executive board directors are there? Is it one? CS?

Reminder that the BoD, after years of this, have confirmed currently’low visibility’ on when the next sakes update will be. No change in their view on this.

In the history of updates I’ve never seen use of ‘low visibility’…hardly encouraging is it…

Possible sale of Russian Assets

The Board remains of the view that any buyer is likely to be found in BRICS countries. This process has now run on substantially longer than the Company's management team had anticipated. We acknowledge shareholder frustration regarding the duration of the sale process, however, we also note recent precedent transactions which have successfully completed despite the geopolitical situation. Further updates will be made as appropriate although there is currently low visibility as to when this might be. As ever, there can be no guarantee that Eurasia will enter into binding agreements regarding the sale process.
