What has materially changed this past few weeks to make progress of a sale more likely?

Presumably the interested buyer, if they’ve made an ‘offer’, suggestion, option, intention,… have done the majority of leg work and made the offer conditional.

The BoD clearly hope this condition (not public) is met well before year end… nearly in month 9 …

At what point must the BoD update the market that a sale is unlikely before year end?

There has been absolutely nothing substantive made public regards this ‘sale’. Other than the ‘table’ which was ever present but went missing in the last update RNS but then did in fact turn up again as mentioned at the last AGM. What a relief.

Some DD has been successfully completed (by whom and for what against what timescales and conditions?) yonks back but there is clearly something (what?) blocking a formal offer.

Problem is the BoD have not made it explicit why the sale has not been progressed.

At least with AMC, shareholders knew the deal (twice no less!) in fairly quick time (compared to here).

To be fair to the BoD they have confirmed that the ‘table’ is back….which is a relief.

Why after all this time does it matter if it is confidential or not, the name of company ‘at the table’?

Presumably this sale is conditional otherwise why hasn’t it completed?

If conditional what are the conditions and timescales ?

It all sounds very positive the AGM but sadly lacking in anything substantial or detailed.

There is no buyer , their words, one needs to be ‘found’

They need to decide very quickly what they plan to do….

For listed companies it’s all about forecasting then measuring against execution … but unfortunately it’s very very foggy at EUA…

If I were invested in this or any other company I’d be very concerned looking at the narrative produced by IKN and DR. It’s smacks of desperation.

I like to see questioning of a company by its investors… not a navel gazing blind deaf and dumb fan club . No good for anyone.

I suspect nothing new from AGM based on their past performance on comms.

But they have long notice periods. And for good reason.

It’s so they can’t just leg it.

A CEO leaving with zero notice is v v unusual. And even more strange when the reasoning appears to one which is benign and easily planned and the market informed easily informed months in advance.

It is rarely positive when a CEO leave’s immediately….did JN decide that morning he was leaving?????

A lot of the answers, by virtue of the question, are very important (and market sensitive) so I cannot see how or why next week those answers would be disclosed when by answering them they effectively concede they could/should have disclosed sooner.

I’d be very surprised if you receive any direct answers but very much hope you do.

The BoD have speculated that they may have done some of this or they might try to do this….. but as of today have delivered absolutely none of that.

FWIW I reckon very little if anything new will be disclosed, especially if the last few AGM’s are anything to go by. Why would it change…

By their own admission they’re not processing what little they actually mine.

Very little actually happening at an operational level or the parallel’sales’ process

There is also the possibility, especially as the meeting is remote and not F2F, that absolutely nothing, other than a rehash of the annual accounts, plus resolutions, will get ‘discussed’.

When I say discussed I mean presented…

Anything price sensitive needs to be public, regardless of AGM timings.

In summary, I do not expect any new material presented to the upside. Could of course be wrong.
