Once due diligence is being concluded there are multiple stakeholders and advisors involved, banks, lawyers, senior company folk, specialist consultants (environmental, mining, H&S, geologists , ESG….etc)

This is why deals, at DD stage are concluded quickly (12wks) when NDA’s and competition are in place

This smacks of nothing of the sort

Never anything substantive regards these mysterious’interested parties’….

I’m not aware of any other potential transaction where the potential suitor has stayed confidential for so long…

Ever since the Mike Hammond tweet, when was that?? The BoD have failed to provide anything material regards a buyer … coupled with doing very little actual mining or proving of resources.

This year all the fanfare regards the dragline… but zero numbers or commitments on what will be mined at what cost and for what profit… it’s nearly June!!

How is this company investable?

And what evidence do have for those sell and buy numbers??

At no point has the BoD stated they have received a binding or non-binding offer for part or all of the company
