Until they get much closer to concluding a deal there’s absolutely no way the BoD, with any confidence, can state sanctions won’t affect a ‘sale’.

The BoD have stated’low visibility’ on the next asset sale update

One would expect that as soon as the ‘visibility’ on the next update has improved that they would be obligated to update the market.

One would also expect it taking at least a few months from the date when an asset sale is close to finalising and the actual deal concluding.

Given there is no legal definition on levels of ‘visibility’ (low, medium, high, opaque, foggy, …) and the BoD haven’t stated the imperical measurement used…. It’s anyone’s guess when the next update will be

The company has stopped. Quite literally stopped.

No income from operations (and non-operations)

Why?

Many companies get sold but they still continue, even those that are absolutely nailed on, because even with the nailed on ones, there is always a risk of it not going through. Things should continue.

Maybe EUA is different….

In the public domain there is nothing more substantive from the BoD than from when Hammond published that tweet… years back

Regards you being 100% on sale again nice one, you’re a mega strong optimist. .The BoD have ‘hope’ of a sale and low visibility on the next update. Only a few working weeks left of 2023, say 13weeks.

Cash pile must be a concern, especially in that jurisdiction, no?

But no company has made a formal offer worthy of presenting

Now the company is running on fumes with no mining occurring . No regular income generation

One off items mentioned such as tax receipts… some sand… etc these have not yet concluded.and no business plan, cash flow forecast, plan B…etc

And no clarity on the charity bet settlement, maybe some sand needs selling
