if that was the case AFC should have put oput an RNS that said something along the lines of.......We are in advanced discussions under the terms of a MOU with a third party who has indicated their desire for the 160Kw system. Although planned imminently, the complexities of Covid suggest that a delay to a time when more normal business can be conducted is mutually beneficial.

That would confirm solid discussions, an identified need, and provide optimism. Instead AFC has said nothing. That is because they have nothing at present.

It would be so much easier if the company could only see its way to communicating all this better. I think AFC is potentially a great company, but the board needs a bit of bashing at the moment.

Comments on this board will not affect the ability to fund raise one little bit. Those that partake will be hearing it from the horse's mouth directly and won't come anywhere near boards like this. We, the small guys, come here because it fills the vacuum left by lack of information

Muscorum, my interpretation is that AFC has nothing to sell without further development. Your post below suggests you are in agreement with that.....is that the case?

Muscorum, it may not be a sabbatical, but the Q&A was very light on anything of substance. It hid behind a lot of redesign (yawn....how many times have we heard that) and some excuses as to why they won't be selling anything yet with a veiled admonition that it was daft of us to expect them to. And mention of TUVA going to talk to investors NOT customers.

I have more than enough to keep me going thanks. I am bored. I am bored of the repeated cycle of promises and optimism from AFC only to find that nothing happens. I have met most of the seniors at AFC over the years and am bored at the rhetoric which thus far is unfulfilled. So I am looking for something different. Not much, just simple and on going reassurance that the plan remains in place, the trajectory is being followed, and that hope remains.

In stead we get ignored. So I am using this board, which AB and his subordinates review, to ensure my message is heard. I am also aware that a number of employees are on the board.....no doubt the more optimistic ones who are keen that their options come to fruition. I don't know which ones they are; I wish I did as their views could be very valuable. Who knows, perhaps AB himself is a member?! AImmillionaire perhaps....certainly not DW or Fuelcellinvestor.

Don't get me wrong....I am as keen as anyone that this company succeeds....probably more than most as I have a seven figure share sum. But I abhor being repeatedly ignored and I abhor people who do not do their jobs.

I have had 43 "another quarters". No reward for waiting yet. And AFC is quieter then ever.

There is nothing on the Blog, nothing from TUVA and nothing via an update because they have nothing to say. Even if they had something commercially sensitive going on that would not preclude them from saying something, even if it is "Hi All. We are still alive. Prospects for hydrogen look good and we are on track. All at AFC remain optimistic"

Of course if you are not optimistic you would not be able to say that.

The silence concerns me. Covid has not silenced others.

As can be seen from the document supplied by DW, AFC should have a very significant turnover and much higher MCap to justify AB's salary.
It has no turnover.

Only 5 entries in six months on the CEO blog. None for 6 weeks. At the last just noted the AGM statement.
Tells the world that he just does not care.

We are all worried about our investment here, but spare a thought for poor Adam.

Over the last few years he has been paid a salary out of keeping with a company of this small size. He is one of the best remunerated CEOs on AIM. Plus his options and so on.

AFC has to deliver for Adam. He will have built a lifestyle around his salary and he will need to keep earning at high levels to maintain it. AFC therefore has to deliver for him as it is highly unlikely that he will get a similarly remunerated position elsewhere given the current record of non delivery of a product or sales after 6 years in charge. Of course if he turns it around he may become extremely marketable. Let's hope he does!

I'm not convinced Adam has a clue. They don't appear to be able to make any significant progress on the fuel cell, especially the EV element, beyond discussion with "interested" people. Non disclosure agreements count for nothing.....we need MOUs at least. We are a year down the line from the announcement of Alkamem but yet, other than very small volumes that have been requested, there is nothing at all that we are aware of, and certainly no large-scale evaluation projects (except possibly DeNora.......but who knows what they intend with it) with partners as that would require an RNS.

I think AFC is failing to communicate because it has absolutely nothing to say and no new ideas I'm afraid. They think they can get away with this at present because we are all in lockdown, but others seem to be able to make progress or at least communicate.

Apologies to those who will see this as another moan. It's not. And if it was my level of investment justifies it. It is simply my perception on the current situation. AimMillionare and Muscorum will have opposing views I am sure. Their views will be as valid as mine and I welcome them.

The biggest positive I have is that AFC has not furloughed staff which means they must have things to do; otherwise not to have done so would be incredible and highly questionable. The Q&A however makes me feel this is about further design modification (of a system we were told last year is ready to take orders). To balance that I was surprised at the statement that they are now trying to work out how to fit four times the power into double the space. Be definition that is not a modular system which is what we have been told the strength of the design is.

As ever, mixed messages and little comms from this "go ahead cutting edge" company.

The media is full today of stories about the need for a green revolution post covid. But still this company remains silent. Putting out some tweets does not require TUVA....anyone can do it, and there are plenty of staff working from home. I'm not sure if this is a manifestation of confidence by the company, incompetence, or absolute arrogance. But increasingly I despair.

Good day for ITM. Shows that hydrogen-related deals can be done in this climate. Would be nice if some of the hydrogen could go through our fuel cells. Or indeed if any hydrogen could go through our fuel cells.
