Hi - can someone assist and let me know when the next results are due for release?

For a bit of info - after closing MNZS at 160% up I now need a new investment and joules is my preferred option. Think it is underpriced if they can get on top of costs etc. I’m a little concerned around the debt but overall it seems my sort of business.

We went to a joules outlet sale last week. It was very busy with the type of demographic you want to see - middle class/aspirational , good mix of ages etc. our local store also seems to be steady - although I note a hand written sale sign yesterday on the sandwich board indicating that the company are trying to get cash through the door.

I have seen some totally crazy ramping (i lurk on NNN) but this is up there with the best of them.

What gets me about Marik is I wonder who he thinks will believe him? Whomever they may be I have some magic beans that were delivered in the poo of a unicorn jumping over a rainbow.

Have people read this RNS? The CE mark is conditional on filings by the end of March and they have no partners except for DAM.

The big news is that they think they may miss the extended deadline for CTDA.

This is rising due to day traders and rampers. Anyone sensible will read the RNS and see it for what it is.

I would suggest that Adjohn1980 has a case of dunning-Kruger.

Here is someone saying, with a straight face that the share price will rise at least 287% from what it is today. This in a company that couldn’t sell masks in a pandemic and now threw £30K into a JV to sell HVAC filters.

This guy knows zero about business and even less about the HVAC market.

I have been a keen follower of NNN/RMS and it is one of my favourite dog shares (SYME is my favourite). This is going back to 0.6 imo based on the evidence I have seen.

Anyone ramping this share is an idiot or has a vested interest. Period.

Stop thinking covid will save your crappy share - it isn’t a good look.

Odx have plenty of potential avenues for sales and until they got distracted 2 yrs ago were doing well with the business strategy. Now? Not so much.

Looking at today objectively I would say that it is now oversold and will likely rise (briefly) IF another RNS doesn't land first thing. In other words any trade is a out and out gamble. A punt.

Fundamentally this is now a dog share in the truest sense of the word. I cannot square the previous RNS with this one. I get that the last couple of years have been dire but for Jag not to issue a statement of intent, a brief plan raised alarm bells (I posted such). Today shows that the BoD are happy to lie. Remember they were in the room with Colin all this time as well. No one person runs a business.

So you have a ropey BoD with ropey prospects and ropey financials.

I really though that the other sectors would be the way forward. At the moment ODX lack any credibility so even if they have a great product set if the guys at the top are rubbish then this will go nowhere. The question is - can they persuade enough mugs on the next raise to keep the life style they are accustomed to ?

Perhaps if you had been interested, and assuming you still hold, you wouldn’t be so under water.

Why am I here? Because ODX cost me money before I ignored the eejits like you throwing insults and telling me I was selling to early and it wasn’t a loss until I sold. I went back to my original investment strategy of looki g at things analogically instead of emotionally. I still hope to make my money back with ODX (I hate being wrong) so I watch this like a hawk.

If their were more people like me and less people like you on the board it would be a better place.

Likely oversold today so day traders will do well. For LTHs just more insult from BoD - the last RNS could be construed as fraud.

He isn’t a new boy. He doesn’t need to issue a strategy. Clearly couldn’t be bothered.

Thought this could rise today with some action but doubt it will.

A new CEO should always always make steadying the ship a priority . No one knows why Colin left so suddenly except the BoD. This morning we should have had a short RNS with a clear statement of intent.

But nothing. Silence. Again.

Nothing learnt. Uncertainty remains. This will fall again.

I don't think anyone in their right mind enjoys seeing anyone losing money. Most here are relatively small time PIs. Some of course have multiple accounts and are proper nasty pieces of work but most just want to make a dime though.

Because the company is a mess. It is unprofitable. It has increased costs. Sales are crap. It is in dispute with the government. It has just got rid of its CEO. It has the worlds worst PR company as its PR company. It has no IIs, just PIs who, with respect, many don't seem to understand how business works. I could go on.

This is a sentiment share only atm until it starts delivering change. Period.

If you think anyone on here has influenced the share price then you've truly lost it.

Plenty of "rampers" were giving patently false information - some may have been paid to do so. Big Jock for example. Some started seeing the warning signs when the share price was 100p. They were dismissed as derampers and viciously attacked. I sold at significant loss around 70p and I was attacked. Called a traitor and a wimp and a loser. I was told I wouldn't get "back in" when the share rocketed. That worried me because it was like a cult of Shredz. Then the private group started and that was a bigger worry because any dissent led to swift removal.

I like ODX. But I don't like the cult. This and another stock I own taught me not to be swayed by people who pretend to be informed but are emotionally attached. Since then I have posted my thoughts. Not advice. Just thoughts. I have done the maths and questioned those who promise great things are just around the corner.

That isn't deramping. It is pragmatic discussion. If you can't cope with that you have a problem.

ODX has potential and may soon be oversold. But the pain isn't over yet. Sure it will go up and down and I have given my thoughts on key catalysts that will impact the share price.

With colin gone Wallbrook need showing the door. The BoD need to be honest and consider if they need other expertise on the board. They need a proper strategy and they need to get a grip of the sales team. The Alva plant needs better management. In fact it is a business that has lots of promise but also lots of relatively common problems that can be fixed.

Approvals will help, when and IF they come. But the true value of ODX lay beyond Covid. It was a very expensive distraction.

The share price may recover to 50p this year based on a number of factors but anyone expecting miracles are as stupid as people blaming "derampers" for a share price.

If you think that approval will land in the morning a day after the CEO quit I have a bridge to sell you.

No is the answer. The reason is that most people can do maths and most people don't like disruption. ODX is a small time investor/punter stock. That is it. It is sentiment based. COVID sentiment is near zero so the stock suffers. Colin leaves immediately with a shuffle of the deck which means the stock suffers. Cash burn is easy to calculate so the ONLY reason they don't need a raise NOW is because the government aren't sending in the debt collectors just yet. That means as long as that remains the position the company has until the end of Q2 (as I said 2 days ago) to come up with something. Otherwise it is a raise. Period.

We will see where support is but this is going to enter into oversold very soon imo and will be a great time to get back in IF the BoD give some firm action and direction on how they will steady the ship.

People shouldn't buy shares if they don't understand how basic business works. Unless you can grasp renumeration, c-suite roles and responsibilities then go read or get another hobby.

I lost money and those left have lost even more.

But what of the few core rampers here that despite falling price and sentiment continued to ramp the share. Shredz, Tom the Bomb, Big Jock etc etc

My bet? They sold sooner than you did.

Yes. Approvals are one thing - selling them is another. We have DAM that can help but again, as with everything ODX the potential with them is massively overblown.

I am seeing 50p as being optimistic, not pessimistic. I base this on the recent approvals spike and fall back in the sector. Plus let's imagine we are slip to 10p. To jump to 50p will need a 400% increase. That just isn't going to happen on approvals alone.

The perfect storm is:

Approvals
Sales of LFTs
Continued positive progress in other company sectors (the one plus from the update)
Government deal on return of funds/equipment (as pointed out below the UK needs an industry on standby for when the next pandemic hits - which it will - so ODX becomes a strategic asset. Downside is that requires a strategically minded government which we simply do not have.)

Get all of that and we can get to 50p this year. Downsides? If we fail on these and we have another raise (which I suspect based on the accounts we will need before the end of Q2 22)

Stocks have three influences -

1) Outside forces - Boris has his back to the wall and Omnicron isn’t as deadly as some were claiming (or some on here were hoping). So it would seem charging for LFTs and scaling back restrictions is the order of the day. The country needs to get back to “normal” and with two very entrenched views (continue in forever lockdown and total freedom) the likely outcome will be a fudge that no one is happy about but may just save the economy before the recession hits. (Which it will)

2) Inside forces - Colin can’t sell. Hiring sales people late in the day also normally ends in disaster because decent sales people are tough to find and crap salespeople smell desperate companies. Average lead time is 6 months before sales targets are hit. I am not holding my breath.

3) News - This can be external or internal but for this post let’s focus on internal. It is likely that approvals will come. The stock will spike on this news. But then anyone with a Casio calculator also knows that despite it being written off as doom spreading as raise is all but locked in. But it is all up in the air and as a result day traders will have a field day.

As I have been saying for 18 months - ODX has great potential but the current government, outside forces and internal idiocy means that this could go either way.

One thing is for sure - forget 100p. This will hit 15p (been predicting this the last 3 weeks) unless we get news. It may dip lower.

LTHs should forget COVID and focus on the rest of the business. That has modest potential, meaning that on news we could see 30-50p again in the next year.

Hold if you don’t need the money
Sell if you do, despite your losses.
