Lucando....the SP is range-bound....the market is still waiting to see what the 'intangibles' are worth....

Re: JV.....still think MDA & NN & it's assets will still be involved, in some capacity.....

Monkey....yeah a full sale divi....minus the Rosgeo JV.....

Prior to the Rosgeo JV deal being agreed, the company & all it's 'tangible' assets were up for sale, nothing has changed, I firmly believe that. The 'magic' in all of this is the unknown value of the unknown 'tangible' assets, still to be revealed....what's in the ground ?......the general opinion is that all the 'tangibles & intangibles' were worth an 'enormous amount'...I stand by my original guess of around £2.97.....as a divi....when this is finally paid out, the SP will rerate to whatever the market thinks it should be, given that the Rosgeo JV and some of it's tangibles, are already known.......

My own view is, the AGM will go ahead, as it should but, I'm prepared for more twists & turns....some say "another few weeks, tops"....oh really ! Some of us have been here long enough to know that patience is the key.....we really cannot afford  to second guess the BOD.....if it's not what the BOD want, it will simply go on until it is.....
