It is intended that these funds, and future potential warrant funds, will be chiefly directed to the development of projects within the Rosgeo JV. The EPCF contract, which fully funds the development of the West Nittis and Loipishnune deposits within the Moncetundra Project can be actioned and can be rolled out to Rosgeo JV projects. The Directors have concluded that the combination of these circumstances, and the Company’s current cash balance, represent a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, which management have determined to be 12 months from the signing of this annual report. For these reasons, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.
