So banks are borrowing at 0% or even negative - yet interest rates to customers remain between 5 - 25% depending on product plus arrangement fees?

Lloyds Banking Group PLC using EPIC/TICKER code (LON:LLOY) had its stock rating noted as ‘Reiterates’ with the recommendation being set at ‘BUY’ this morning by analysts at Jefferies International.
