Taking everything into account i have come to believe that hainan and mg are locked into negotiations regarding the setting of a floor price for the spod produced. Naturally mg wants to set it high and that benefits us as shareholders but hanan does not want to pay a premium. until the floor price is announced, there is no export licence i think. time will tell...

It seems that MG and hainan run the show here. Until they agree a floor price which is satisfactory to MG there will be no export permit. We can only assume that MG is being greedy hence the delayed agreements. Poor BA must be pushed to the corner. Last time he showed in mali TV his body language made him look so uncomfortable. We can only hope a buyout is coming and forget about mali once and for all.
