There use to be some proper informative chat on this board..........
Good to see some movement here finaly and lets hope it holds.
I think so Lav. It propably takes 10 days for the funds to tranfere over I would have thought. Looks like the final step before the mother of all RNS es appears:
GLA
J pc gone from Kodal not going to get the money to mine will not be built by this time next year.
WE all know there can be delays in building mining plants but we also know that the chinese dont mess about.
If they could build a brand new hospital in two weeks, surely they can build a DMS plant in one year.
Just saying: If you invested here, consider yourslef lucky, if you are not invested well then you know what to do.
It may or may not reach 1 p next week, but whats very clear is that we should all count ouerselfs luccky to be involved with lithium and especialy kodal which is about to recieve 100 mil usd shortly. Now to put this in prospective these are some of the companies i have followed in the last few years:
Alba minerals resources
thor energy
pow
jay
copl
versarian
ggp
vodafone
lloyds
taylor wimpey
They all have something in common. If you had put any money in the last few years you will be down masively.
So once again please apriciate the fact that somehow just like me you were lucky enough to be involved here.
God bless all the patient and geniune investors and may us all get rewarded for this incredible patience and restraint.
As for the haters, sorry i have no time for you.
All well and good, but where is the dw licence aproval bounce back on the share price?
More like a dead cat bounce.
As a share holder I have the right to ask questions and the question was; where has all the money raised from floating groc been spent on??
I believe it was more than a million.
I have nothing to worry about alba legal team as all my questions are legitimate.
Now assuming you are a shareholder, perhaps you could attemt to answer that question.
Management have had credibility issues for quite a while now. Failed to follow proper steps to secure deatering 2 years ago. Soon as it was aproved a palcing was issues literaly the next day. Share price had no chance to recover.
Question is where are all the millions raised from floting groc???? Dont tell me it was all used to get the dewatering permit.

0.70 p to be reached very soon.
Well spoted sharechap.
Deal as good as done now. Notice that info became due on 29th june. Hainan now officially owns 51 % of the boguni lithium assets.
Onwards an upwords. Good luck all the patient long term investores and the rest.
Great news indeed. Lets hope it is reflecetd in the share price tomorrow.
Good luck all.
Leo lithium demerged from firefinch before ganfeng announced their investment. Leo lithium was trading on the asx before ganfeng came on board so naturaly ganfeng bought into the lithium assets only.
Kodal has foarmed a new venture KMUK with hainan and they are 50;50 partners.
As such licences have to be transfered to KMUK for the deal to work.
Jo Jo , the number 19 You use, is it your IQ level??
Bod ough to have known what is required to aperate in that part of the country. Lets put it another way. If you buy a piece of land where a different variety of wildlife live and then you apply for planing to built on it, it is highly likely that you will be refused. You cant then just blame the local athority for the refusual. You woult be equaly responsible for not having done all the research before you commited. Equaly alba ought to have known whats was required before it commited to dewatering.
I hold myself partly responsible to for not realising how hard it is to operate in an area of onb like that. Having said all that I bought into it mainly because of greenland assets.
AIM WHY DONT YOU DO US ALL A FAVOUR AND MARCH ON TO PREM BOARD.
I am a bit amased that people still belive tha its all to do with nrw and nothing to do with alba.
First of all ignorance of the law is no defence. I am by no means a nrw or bat sympathiser but ;
Alba new or ought to have known that there could be bats living in that cave shall i call it. First refusual was to do with bats and not quality of the water itself.
The resubmition of the aplication with all the data and report does not seem to have satisfied NRW. I can only come to the conclusion that the action plan presented by alba team was not roubast enough. there were some commetnts in the rns that some sort of compartmental area has to be created in order to avoid contact with bats. As much as i dislike NRW, they need to be satisfied that a safe and proper plan is in place and so far Alba has not shown one, if it has then I am not aware of it.
Can we at least agree that its not all NRW doing. Like it or not, bats are protectes species , as such any palning aplication needs some sort of ecological report to mitigate any damage or disturbance.
GF and team did not know this initialy, however they were made aware last year By NRW.
GF and tem took all the time they needed and hired all ecological experts they needed and submited a new report but still the mised things. At the end of the day NRW need to be assured that all steps have been taken to cause no disturbance to the bloody bats. I happen to be doing some work on a site where newts live nearby, as such I had to read and sign the ecological report and was made aware that all steps are taken not to disturb. All site was tight fenced from ground up to stop them from comming in.
Has GF and team done or proposed anything to mitigate any posible damage? May be he has but he has not told us vey much.
Being a Naturalised citisen of foreign origin, I am not against immigrants, BUT:
allowing hundered of thousants in is completly insane. How can you have 3.5 milion people claiming benefits and at the same time import people from all over the world to do the jobs that the unemployed will not do.
Total madness.
I say this great country needs a leader like Donald Trump with all his foults. Every other leader since the nintties has done nothing but work against the greater good of the country.
By the way British people get read of Bloody Sunak. He is a complete waste of time.
Nearly mid may and we are all still waiting for the damn permit. This has gone beyond any logical reasoning or explanation. How on earth is this acceptable?! Looking back now it turns out that good luck was right about a disused mine thats stuck in a web of endless burocracy. When will this end. By the way GF looking to add another project at some stage does not do it for me. After all this , think you can save the day with a new addition of dont know what.......
At least GF has been using the best consultants or so he claims. Fact nrw requested more info tells me that they missed something. We know alba forgot to check that bat detectors were in working oreder. Put all that togather and add an overzelous NRW and it gives you the mess we are in.
If there is a lesson to be learned from this saga, it would be: Never even consider any investment in an area of outstanding national beuty as rightly or wrongly people seem to consider such places as religious sites.
If its taking this long to secure an exploration license , just immagine how long it will take for the minning license if we ever get there.
