This is continuation of Mick Billing Legacy. Hopless state of affairs. Who are these ceo s accountable to? Does Nicole have any skin in the game. If you want an honest and clear view of how aim ceos operate just listen to Paul johnson of POW. I suppose changing the name may trick a few more investors into buying a few more shares.
No attack on the company. Have a look at all news release by RNSA in the last year or so. Clogau one step forward two steps back. G rock up 9% today alba down 2. We all put our life savings in here well i did anyway. Lets have some balance shall we. There is very little progress with clogau and i reached that conclusion by what i can see on rns for the last year. All i want is for it to change and embracing every step that bod takes, however questionable that may be is not going to help the share price. I want accountability and progress.
You are not allowed to have an opinion on this board especially if you criticise alba or the board. If you put forward any criticism you immediately get shot down. Reality is we still waiting for dewatering permit so exploration can continue for god knows how long? If anyone knows how long then do let me know. Board thought it wise to appoint a so called gold expert. For f sake any reasonable investor knows or ought to know that alba is on exploration stage an production if any is years away and if i had to guess 5 years away. Who is paying for the so called experts? Its all of us real investors all the while we watch the share price falling every day. Get a grip people. I dont want to see my savings decimate to virtually nothing.
Thor market cap is under 10 milion gbp. Yet there is a 8 million aud potential investment partnership. Am I missing something? How much are the rest of the assets valued at????????
The small processing plant was brought in to process so many tones of left over material per day. Then bod/ GF realised oops we need permission. Then everyone forgot about it. A bit like dewatering saga. Or a bit like the government with its 27 billion gbp waste on track and trace bs bonanza. Or the 4 billion waste of ppe.
Ok Lav fair point. Optimisation= Taking best route to production i get that. Why has prems share price tripled in the last year then? Is the market wrong about prem? I am just baffled. I am trying to work out why prem keeps rising and we dont.
I no longer hold prem by the way. I rushed earlier this year and sold at 30 per cent profit. Selling too early is just as bad as watching your investment deplete.
We know kodal secured licence to mine about this time last year. What I want to know is: was the decision to add dms plant induced by the potential finance firm or did bernard wake up one morning and said f it boys we going for dms first. I am not criticising him I just wish he said it on an rns if it was a request from the finance company that he is talking to. As we stand we are in the dark and can only speculate. We need major news this side of cristmas thats for sure.
@ art.
You ought to know that PJ can not say yes we found xyz without a competent labs approval. As you may have heard he repeatedly keeps saying potential all the time for the very reason mentioned above. Minrals are not detected by looking at some dirt. It must be going through the lab. The fact that drilling is continuing is a positive i thing especialy given that PJ has a pretty big stake on pow.
How else would you explain prems share price tripling in the past year and kod is stuck in the mud?.
Hi Daz. I said targeting a 60 milion tone resource not proven. Proven they have same as kodal. I am sure it was eather in an rns or from Georges interview.
I have not no Rob. I dont see the point. Most folks on here seem to think the bod is doing ok so in that respect i am in the minority. I do know that George does read these boards. He said he does anyway. I dont wanna sell at 70% loss otherwise i would. You are talking thousands of pounds in losses, and its not nice. I wish people see the reality for what it is and ask the reasonable questions to the bod. after all they need to be answerable to us the shareholders.
The thought of prem targeting a 60 million ton recourse excites investors hense the current market cap. Meanwhile here at kod we lagging behind with a 21 million tone resource. Of course we could have much more if exploration continued at bog west but Bernard has decided otherwise. Investors need timelines and they need kod to stick to those timelines. If no news till christmas this will be heading even lower needless to say. We are due some very substantial news regarding funding as talks can not go on forever. Time to change gear bernard and keep the foot on the accelerator. My patience is wearing a bit thin now. Great potential
Trouble with some on this board is that they seem to think that all is well with alba bod. I personally have a few questions for the board:
1 If dewatering news is likely to be positive, why do a placing at rock bottom share price? My answer: so that Gf is covered in any event be it positive or negative.
2 We have known about the tailings for a few years now, with gold price being near all time highs why have they not applied for permission to process it. Why is progress slower then at a reasonable sized mining explorer.
3 why did they buy a processing plant before they had gained planing permission? waste of funds
4 Why was the air survey left for the winter months and then decided to be delayed again till next year.
5 why is George obsessed with delaying everything.
6 When is he going to do the decent thing and with the share price at nearly all time low decide that his time is up.
I have always believed that ganfeng lithium is a little too close for comfort. Here is a possibility: Ganfeng said to bernard I wanna buy you out. Bernie says ok but i have promised to be first lithium producer in Mali. Ganfeng ; Thats ok how about you build a dms plant within a year as well as prove that you have a bigger resource then I build a lithium refinery in mali so transport costs can be cut. Berni: Sounds like a great plan, let me announce the first part of the plan via rns then apply for dms as long as you can secure finance. Ganfeng; Not a problem consider it done as soon as dms is approved ,you can announce in the same rns. Sounds like fiction but its a strong possibility
PJ did mention that most drilling campaigns end up finding nothing of real value. However with 14 projects on the go the law of probabilities is on the side of hitting something. I think he is a straight talker a bit of Donald Trump if you like. Keeps everyone updated and very enthusiastic. Ticks all the boxes for a ceo of a junior mining company.
20 k. Astonishing for doing very little in advancing anything. He has done a great deal of shafting the existing sharehoders. It wont surprise me if new shareholders that took up the placing are his mates.
I never thought i would say this; Good luck 890 where are you? He has probably collapsed with laughter trying to type " I TOLD YOU SO"!!!!!!
Shocking is an understatement. 500 k to pay for dewatering? No permit in place. If he raised funds after a positive answer from nrw fair enough, but he did not. This was done in case dewatering is refused. Absolute shambles. As per my previous posts I stand by the statement GF needs to go.

178 k buy? Do they know something we don't? Highley likely. Licence amendment to line up with dms plant just a formality.
Finance just a formality given that lithium spod prices are on fire. Production starts in 1 year. I would invest 178 k if i had it spare.
Good luck all.
Nice article Hope 1961. Well done for digging it out.
