There is a possibility that hainan and kodal are in discussions to increase hainans percentage to say 51 % in kodal plc.

If thats the case no licence transfer will be needed as hainan will own and earn the same as if the licence was transfered.

That will give kodal plc enough cash to develop the two gold projects they mentioned in the rns and and own 49 per cent of gold and lithium. I would imagine hainan needs to pay 100 mil usd for that.

Its just a theory but its a win win for all. Time will tell i guess.......

Aff. Dms plant goes to production before end 2024. No dilution as 100 mil plus usd paid by hainan for 51 percent of kmuk. Plant costs about 65 mil. Resource expected to increase to 50 mil tones from current 30. What's not to like but as always do your own due deligence.
