WE have some news at last. Nearly 600 man days spent and nowhere near where expectations you yourself set George. By the way the subcontracter charges between 450 and 500 pounds per each working day and a simple calcs brigs us to 250 k spent so far since august. I know this as i work in construction and thats the going rate, trades people get half that so dont get too exited.

Government tokk it to court of arbitrage and lost. Corruption at its highest level. Bankers petroleum then sold it to a Chinese company. In a different case with the same arbitrage gov managed to prove that another so called investor was paying judges family members to set up businesses in Europe. Rotten court of arbitration based in Europe somewhere has been cough with its pants down.
