Market cap is what market values the company at a given time. Kodal market value was far bigger in 2017 then today. Just because more shares have been issued does not mean kodal gets more valuable, but in fact it's the opposite. If BA decides to double the number of shares, it means he has stolen half the value from existing shareholders.

Go to google finance and compare kodal against any lithiu, developer/producer and kod share price is on its knees. Prem is the exception here. We know of the obvious hic ups like the 15 mil usd hanging over kod neck, Mali factor etc but there has to be something bigger then that keeping the price at these lows. How can it be that we are at or near nameplate capacity and the share price is same it was when sawy chin invested all nearly 10 years ago? How can a company be less valuable after production then when it was in early exploration stages. We need BA to set up a question and answer webinar to answer every question investors have . Common BA be accountable.....

What worries me is the fact that even though we are nearing the third spot export shipment, kodal is underperforming almost all its piers. The only lithium explorer/developer doing worse is prem African which is a total disaster.

As long term shareholders i feel we are owed an explanation by the ceo......

Only thing you get for certain is a placing every three to four months to pay for a useless bod wage bill. How many times has the phrase funds to be used to upgrade processing plant been used to justify endless placings. I am aware that most junior explorers stay alive through placings but at the same time 5 years after i first got in i feel things have gone on reverse as opposed to any meaningful progress. Investors need to relax and stop sweating about low recovery rates etc. We know project was fastracked to dms plant to reach early production with a relatively low investment circa 65 mil usd. All dms tailings are going to go through flotation plant when built so nothing going to waste. If there was an issue Bernard would be duty bound to report by rns. My gut feeling is hainan will want to buy us out and the are locked in long negotiations and establishing what cost what and how to value kodals part in the project. Could be wrong but time will tell.....

If you look at latest presentation Aisc stand at 647 usd. Sc6 is at 2000 usd. There is a discount for sc5 but still there is around 100usd to be made per tone. Do some basic research before you post complete nonsense will you?

Mineral resource estimate = no

Feasibility study =no

Major Funding by a third party= impossible without the first 2.

Processing of the tailings= Yes no an may be, for the time being its a no.

More placings= yes of course

Management rewarding themselves while we get diluted= Yes of course

Perhaps I am missing something. I no longer buy the bs of this being a boutique mine selling gold at a premium.

If i knew then what i know now i would not touch a penny dreadful ever again, and yes this has all the characteristics of a penny dreadful.......

Alba secured its dewateering permit around december 2023. Since then we have had a lot of noise but no real progress if i am being honest. Compare that to kodal minerals in Africa a third world country:

KOd secures its chinese partner and investment dec 2023. Together they managed to build dms plant on time on budget. Secured export licence, produced 40k tones spodumene and transported it to port on the ship arrived in china two months ago. The biggest red flag here is that the chairman/ceo has no background in mining whatsoever. A bit like puting me in charge of running a nuclear power station. He is very good at spin i must admit. Whatever you guys are smoking, please come off it as it will only harm you. As we speak alba is a penny dreadful searching for gold, a very expensive search it is too. To suggest that this is going to reach 200 mil usd is reckless and quite stupid to be frank.

When canacard was appointed as broker shortly after we had hainan invest usd 118 mil. Now we have peel hunt appointed and is likely to be preparing a takeover. I could be wrong but I smell a takeover before too long... Good luck all

Lithium up 8.56% today, kod up 0 %. Come on Bernard , this can not be fair by any stretch of the imagination. He can at least do a video podcast or something to let the market be aware that we do exist and we are producing and selling. It almost feels that we are being ignored to keep the share price stagnant for a takeover....... well idk all sort of things are going through my head
