Yes, the California gas prospect was drilled and dropped in 2017. It was a JV with ASX-listed Sacgasco , who continued the project on their own, after EME opted out of contributing to any more drilling costs, but to no success. It was meant to be a deep gas prospect but the gas never turned up and when it did water turned up too and they had to turn it off. I'm very surprised that EME even bother to mention it as an ongoing asset. And the article from F1 Driver this morning was from 2013, so from before the drilling. Sacgasco have renamed themselves the Australian Oil Company Limited so they obviously don't intend to pursue the Californian gas prospects any more.

This is probably down today because Conrad Asia released their 3-monthly financial report overnight in Aus which said that the Duyung farm-down is still in progress but still some months away from completion.

The only prospect of interest (apart from the Duyung farm-down), and hence the rise yesterday, is the oil drill in Australia as it looks like EME have lost their oil prospect in the South China Sea due to not having raised the funding to drill it in time before the commitment expired.

Just out of interest as I was never a Pathfinder Minerals shareholder, is the arbitration anything to do with RMR or is it now 2 different entities and if the latter where are the Pathfinder shareholders hiding now?

They started drilling the Kalayi prospect on 5th August and there has been only one set of drill results including assays from there since and even they were quite poor. Drilling at Mont Agoma commenced around the start of September and today's drill results and assays were the first and only ones from there so far. And that is with 2 drill rigs operating on each prospect.

I made a reasonable profit on the rise from 0.25p to 0.45p in October (having sold out at just over 0.40p) but that whole rise was purely based on speculation rather than hard results and since then I have had several small losses as the tin has failed to materialize.

6 months of drilling with up to 4 rigs at it non-stop needs to produce more than a handful of holes and those all with what can best be described as patchy results.

I managed to get shot of the shares I bought first thing on Friday 10th Jan - thank goodness - having talked myself into buying on top of the 100% rise the previous day and then talked myself out of it over the huge dilution over the last 6 months, etc etc but I still bought and then got a frightful paper loss as the share price tumbled back down. I am happy to be rid of them for now though I might buy back in later if/when the share price tumbled back down again.

Interestingly SURE Ventures Ltd, the company that MFAI get some or all of their IR interest from, appears to be a complete turkey with not a single post after their RNS this morning (which MFAI then repeated) and not even a single trade. For fact accuracy check the link below:

Yes and the same team have already admitted on a podcast that the Alphamin discovery and subsequent mine was a "once in a lifetime" find and that neither of the two current prospects are likely to get anywhere near those grades and lengths. That is why they keep comparing this current drill to the San Rafael mine in Peru and not the Alphamin discovery even if that is next door.

Jeez, I want this to succeed as much as anyone else but so far it is failing to deliver. There are supposed to be 4 rigs on the go and yet in 3 or 4 months there have only been a handful of drill results and assays.

Back to 0.25p I suppose when the dust settles. I think the quote: "You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time" applies.

Of course, this could all change if they hit the big tin zones but that doesn't look likely at the moment and there are far too many podcasts saying a whole lot about nothing.

I can see why they held the assays for these two holes back for a couple of months as they would never have got that investment at that price if these tin grades had come out first. Poor show really.

I see that two large pre-opening sells have gone through at 7.52am and 7.54am - obviously some people saw the RNS for what it was worth - ie. very little - and grabbed the opportunity to clear out quick.

However good the Zinc grades appear and the bits of copper they are both worthless without the tin and so far they have not found any tin worth bothering about.

They quite simply haven't hit any tin worth bothering about here so far. And they have long ago said that this drilling is all about the tin and that nothing else seems to matter very much. The posts on here this morning pre-opening were bloody ridiculous, amateurish and very stupid. My mistake, as I should have gone for my gut feeling and ignored them. Idiots.

i thought that these tin grades were ****e when i first read the rns. grades of 0.27% and 0.18% are garbage when they should be hitting grades of 2%/3%. plus these 2 drill results should have been released weeks ago but they were obviously holding on to them hoping that the ongoing drilling would hit something better.

i had sold out of these weeks ago but then i got conned back in today by all the rampy posts on here - only to have to get rid of them on a stop loss - at a frigging loss - when the share price started to collapse. when will i ever learn.

share price is 20.59% down. so much for the loony posts on here.

I wonder how much their stake in Recyclus Group Ltd is worth? Bearing in mind this is a growth industry, probably tens of millions - and all for a £2.25M m/cap.

Oh and I should have added this is all for a m/cap of £2.25M - CRAZY!!!

So, in just over 1 month, TM1 are going to receive 1,371,742 shares (held by European Lithium in Critical Metals Corp (Nasdaq: CRML) ("CRML"), a leading mining company focused on mining critical metals and minerals with a current m/cap of $750M) to settle a $10M sale. This values the consideration shares at $7.29. The current share price of CRML is $8.50 so they are already worth more and that is without today's news of striking "high-grade REE in first Greenland drilling hole". NASDAQ is closed today so we won't know the effect of this on the share price for another day.

On top of that, TM1 are getting new orders regularly for their 48.35% owned battery recycling business, Recyclus Group Ltd, including the "Black mass offtake agreement" announced on 17th December 2024 which bagged the share price up from its current level to 0.45p and 3 new contracts so far this year.

Certainly a good buy at the moment (though it is a pity about the CEO funding/issue of shares shenanigans which has taken the share price rapidly back down to the level before any contracts were announced).

Nice rise, nice profit but as for the product it is just a lame duck. It still needs testing in the real world and to be honest for something like this to be a 'must get' successful product it would need to boost an ASIC chip’s mining performance by more like 200% than a paltry 30%. 30% is just not enough to justify the cost and bothering with it when it will most probably be out of date before it is even available.

Are RRR due to get any money from this or did I read somewhere that they would get the money but have to reinvest it in another project in the DRC? Anyone please.

Conclusion of Arbitration

Red Rock Resources Plc, ("Red Rock" or "the Company"), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals, and hydrocarbons principally in Africa and Australia announces an update on the DRC further to its announcement of 6th November 2024.

Over the Christmas and New Year period Red Rock representatives met with various parties in Kinshasa in connection with the pending Arbitration result and to advance the framework agreement with Koto DRC SARL.

In relation to the former, Red Rock has received an official invitation from the Cabinet du Chef d'Etat, which conducted the Arbitration, to a working meeting of the parties next Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, at the Palais de la Nation, with the intention that the matter be concluded and payments arranged.

The Company will provide an update next week.

Great for holders - if there were any. Just a gamble for anyone else.
