I doubt it - it'll probably rise. It's just that we all wish we could have got in at 0.12p like the new directors or that the placing could have been nearer the current SP to avoid unnecessary dilution.

Soon with a little ramping on twitter the SP will be over 1p - nice profit from 0.12p!!!

"Mr. Strang has an interest in 10 million shares in the Company, representing 2.86% of the issued share capital." So they've virtually offered to take over the Shell Company for an ultra cheap placing while all long tern holders have been totally shafted and new shareholders have to pay 6 times the placing to get involved. Not a nice way of doing it.

"Mr. Lenigas has an interest in 67.5 million shares in the Company, which represents 19.3% of the issued share capital." From today's RNS.

Website back open for business. Obviously not too serious. Should get an RNS to calm the market. There'll still be a fall/blip but might not be too bad. No SP suspension if business is back open.

Back in 2005 the ASOS.com was closed for 5 weeks - from 11th Dec until 16th Jan - with the shares suspended from 12/12 till 23/12. I suppose it depends on how much of the stock has been damaged, what damage there is to the building and most importantly how much smoke damage there is to the stock. That could be the worst problem. Pretty sure this will be suspended before opening tomorrow as the online store is shut.

What happened back in Dec 2005 when there was a similar incident with the Buncefield Oil Terminal explosion was that the shares were suspended pre opening on 12th Dec with a 7.30 am RNS and they remained suspended until 23rd Dec. The timing of that incident was worse as they lost most of their Xmas trading. Looking at the pictures online of the piles of goods heaped up outside I don't think business will be back to normal for a while. What the suspension will do is soften the blow as without it the SP will absolutely tank. Back in 2005 they re-opened down a bit and went down for another couple of days before recovering a few weeks later to pre suspension prices. Back then they were fully insured to cover loss of assets and profits but it was a third-party incident. Not sure how this works out with the question of accident or arson. Probably all still covered - which again will soften any SP carnage.

The difference between ASOS and BOO is that back in the day when you got lucky with ASOS at 28p they only had 69 million shares in play. Market Cap then was about £20 million. BOOHOO have floated with 1123 million shares giving a market cap say at 45p of £505 million. So even though BOO should and probably will rise it'll never quite rise like ASOS - especially if some of the shine rubs off with ASOS pulling back from a high of £70 to low £30's.

3rd Q results were very good and shareprice rose from £1.70 to £ 1.96 on the day and then further over the following days. Bit more of the same please. It's going to be an up and down ride but a new high above £2.15 will be a positive step forwards. Follow the results and the share not the broker ratings.
