Seller having a field day again - 900,000 sells. Been posting about this since 3rd January. It's not PJ nor the 2 large holders WTI and ECE as they are both tied in to not sell for 6 months from 21st November. The background seller has stifled this good and proper for more than 2 months now..............

Red Leopard, also a RTO shell, up from 0.16p to 0.34p over the last week or so while this is still stuck forever at 3p......................numerous times this has gone to 3.25p/3.50p/ 3.75p but then the seller just takes it straight back down - very frustrating, especially as CAF has the assets and the newsflow re management while RLH has nothing as yet.

I see 22 trades on Money AM and also above on here..............................

Lots and lots of big buying but still no movement. One of theses days the seller will clear and this will shoot up and then as the buyers flood in it will go up more - just a case of when.................

These were my first 2 posts on this board on 3rd January when I first bought in: "Got some of these today but there seems to be a lot of selling going on - anyone know who the seller is?" Who is the seller - anyone." and nothing has really changed since. The seller must have offloaded millions and millions of shares and nobody even knows who the seller is. It isn't Paul Johnson we know and it isn't either of the major shareholders, WTI and ECE, as they have both agreed not to dispose of any shares for a six month period from 21st November and after that to only dispose under orderly market conditions. It's very annoying and confusing and I hate to admit it but it's making myself and other shareholders here look pretty stupid. I don't think Red Leopard have anywhere the potential we have here in terms of assets and management and yet the shareprice and m/cap there will soon be leaving this far behind. ATB

As I've been saying in my posting here for 2 months now the persistent seller is ruining the enjoyment of this share. I noticed it when I first bought in and it's been the same ever since. Look at today - 700,000 sold at 2.65p and then another 2 x 100,000 at 2.6525p. I though it might have been PJ selling as he moved down from his board position but he has reiterated his position as unchanged. Whoever it is selling it is very, very annoying. Look at Red Leopard - also a RTO shell and with 836 Million shares giving a m/cap of roughly £2 Million (but with 400M warrants at a very low price) and no assets and the shareprice up 20%/25% today - while and here at CAF we have roughly 82 million shares for a m/cap of £2.25M but we have 2 very attractive recently acquired assets and yet we are down 4.55%. And it's the same every day, despite all the positive news. Very depressing. RLH now up 35% ..................and yet they have nothing compared to CAF - but here the seller keeps squashing any hope of a rise.

14th, 15th and 16th November - went from 4p to 16p on some mad speculation of possible asset acquisition - and in reality the 2 assets they have recently acquired offer just such potential. M/cap still only just over £2M.

This is likely to rise significantly just on the recently acquired assets let alone a RTO. It hit nearly 16p one day last November just on rumour and speculation and could easily 3 or 4 bag again in the near future.

MM's got no stock - can't get a buy price and sell SP upped to 5.5p

Very difficult to buy first thing. Interactive Investors don't think they exist, IG stockbrokers couldn't get a quote and finally got some on Hargreaves Landsdown. Completely under the radar. Everyone else seems to be busy with Servision today. This might do as well in a slow kinda of a way. See how it goes.

First post - I had one of these not so long ago on IDP and that did very nicely. Same again hopefully. Multi-million $ contract with material upfront payment - sounds good.

Personally I think this should be a lot higher on recent newsflow as the SP hasn't risen to reflect either recent acquisition.

Anyway, I think today's news is negative, as does the market, as the person leaving is much better known and respected than the newbie. The SP will probably fall for a few days. However if PJ is the one who has been selling then when the market gets over the disappointment of his exit the SP may rise up as it should of done already on the back of the 2 excellent recent acquisitions. buysbadly What people don't like about Paul Johnson is that he isn't very steady. One minute he's the new CEO and the next he's off somewhere else. His share dealings are the same, both on a personal level and in the past for MTR's investment arm, and no sooner has he dipped in with a cheap price placing investment than he is selling the lot and clearing out. Much the same has happened here.

tweet him back and ask him if he's the one who'se been selling for the last 6 weeks or so and has completely squashed any chance of this shareprice rising on what has been 2 excellent acquisitions.
