I'm a bit confused - to buy 50,000 or 100,000 it will cost 2.36p but to buy 20,000 only costs 2.2188p - very strange.

At least Paul Johnson is streetwise about AIM stocks and knows what is hot and what is not. His two purchases, which the new Board seem intent on dumping, were both bang on the money and had lots of potential. I can just imagine this new lot going off and acquiring a coal prospect or something similar. They have yet to prove themselves.

Works both ways. The so-called LTH's have no more right to ramp and promote the glories of the BOD'S just because they own a few shares. I can assure you the blind faith in this CEO and his Senior Managers is also very amusing, especially in the context of the size of this company and their performance - or rather non-performance - so far.

I think you will find that if they raise the £6M and go down the AIM Rule 8 route they don't have to complete any investments by any set date - they can stay on AIM for as long as they want without any obligation to do s*d all. Funnily enough I spend much much more time reading posts on these bully boards rather than posting - which is why I have only a mere 3180 posts to my name in over 7 years here. Blimey some would get through that amount in less than a month. But then I have more of an aversion to mindless ramping than anything else and I can assure you that causes a lot more damage to peoples account balances than a little caution. AIM is a minefield, CEO's often cannot be trusted (which is why I never contact any), and it's far easier to lose money on the market than it is to make any.

I think most people would expect at least £6M to be raised in a matter of days rather than weeks or months. Suspension is from 14th June but if they are still struggling to raise cash at that point then the shareprice will be just about worthless anyway. Anyway I'm surprised that Betaville hasn't leaked the result of last night's fundraise before the market. I seem to remember he was the one who always had price sensitive info about Quindell long before the market was informed. Not sure that's a good sign really as maybe he's drawn to troubled shares!!!

To be quite honest it's incidents like this that put potential shareholders off altogether - and then that's why the shareprice crashes to ever new lows. Looking back I can see that a few posters - observer842, steveho - have done a lot of research here and know much about the product but all this business with MonRev suddenly turning up and digging out such nonsense is quite unacceptable (maybe he works for INSP and it was all prearranged to give the SP a boost pre-placing). One has to wonder what depths these companies are capable of. Or maybe it's just desperate shareholders. Either way it's very annoying and as I said not good for the company. I think I'll wait and see if the boiler sells when it's finally on sale. ATB.

The shareprice hasn't even been as low as 0.125p - the lowest was nearer 0.14p. I'm getting sick of this market and all these cut price placings

What a mess. Placing at 0.125p Potential bond of £2M I did find Section 7.2 and it is the same company but suddenly £2M rather than £/$250M.
