Looking at yoshie's post this might be what is going on here. He says that the placing price is almost double the now share price. Methinks he has his 0's a little wrong.
yoshie - the placing price is very clearly shown as 0.05p per share. The current share price is 0.25p per share. The current shareprice is 5 times higher than the placing price. Alternatively the placing price is 5 times lower than the current shareprice.
The placing was for 420,000,000 shares at 0.05p to raise GBP210,000. That will give 1,411,956,853 shares in issue which at 0.25p gives a m/cap of GBP3,527,500.
