To be honest I'm just looking for a way out now but I can't immediately see one. A resource estimate is obviously a great exit point but without one on the horizon I am just a little worried. SULA do have big assets so I don't feel the need to sell at a loss but I am cross that my small purchase is already more than 50% adrift and that the SP keeps falling further. As I said earlier big assets do have a value and something unexpected may turn up here yet.

Well if you listen at around 4.30secs into the podcast the interviewer says that the target is obviously to mine the resource and before that SULA will need a resource estimate to which Roger Murphy says to quote "there is a combination to be had between going for a resource on the Samana or the Tz4 targets and understanding the scope of the region more. Clearly going for a resource estimate is going to require quite a lot of drilling and we'll have to decide what to do next but for the time being we want to understand what we've got better so we're not looking at raising any more money for drilling before at least well into next year ....but we'll also continue with soil sampling and regional exploration over our licence area while we're undertaking this analysis". Not quite word for word but the best I can do. No resource estimate, no drilling planned, just an analysis of the resource. Nothing much to support the shareprice.

I actually bought another million at 0.10p earlier to bring my average down and then after listening to the podcast and hearing about the forthcoming "quiet period" when the management will be meditating on the potential of the assets I sold them quickly. Got 0.0985p so only a �15 loss though with excessive dealing fees it turned into a �39 loss. I notice the sell isn't showing though.....................are the MM's are still trying to push them out at 0.1060p and 0.1070p while hiding the sub 0.10p sells. Obviously with their double assets of iron ore and gold I'm sure something will happen at some stage to revive the shareprice but I really don't know when and where the SP might end up in the meantime.

I've never known any of these equity share agreements ever come good for a company. I think that they are meant to be beneficial if the shareprice rises during the 12 month period but it invariably falls and certainly looks like it's going to here. The companies always end up getting less cash than the original subscription and more shares are issued. SULA may just as well have done the cash raise in one go and it was at 0.146p then. I hate to think where it's going to end up. These equity share agreements are just another version of the Darwin death spiral.

It was a delayed trade from 12.30pm and definitely a sell.

To me the podcast sounded like no resource estimate without further drilling. I don't know what the f*ck is going on with this share. I don't hold many - just 1 million at .25p which I bought when the shareprice had drifted all the way down from 0.65p and looked pretty certain to rise back up with further drilling but it has just gone down and down and down ever since. See now there is a 20 million sell at 0.09p just gone through. Is this going to 0.05p or 0.01p - there just doesn't seem to be any upside and now they are entering a "quiet period while they try to understand the resource" which doesn't sound like it's going to do much to help the shareprice. On the positive last time I held these in early 2014 I sold the lot at 6.50p ish for a very healthy profit. Wow that's a mere 65 times higher than they are now.

Full year results only need to be published within 6 months of the end of the accounting year which is 30th June. Half-year results are within a 3 month period. Unless anyone has said otherwise the results are not due for another 3 months - which is a shame as it would be good to see exactly how much business and revenue this company is really doing - or not doing.........

Do we have any idea what Call Design may be worth if they go to IPO - BOS today at 6.50p have a m/cap of just under £5M.

Just listened to the MT interview on ProActive from Tuesday but to tell the truth I got quite lost in it all. Far too complicated for me. Nice rise today though, I'm assuming on the back of the recent contracts.

I wonder where this will open - 3p, 5p, 20p - oh,no we're back in the real world - 1.6p. Nevermind, maybe Pembridge will become the new Worthington - they can use their Main Market Sterling paper and listing to acquire all sorts of fantastic acquisitions. Otherwise to be quite honest they haven't got a lot of cash and won't be acquiring much with that and unfortunately raising funds on the main market is a completely different ball-game to raising funds on AIM - HNR recently needed a 352 page prospectus just to raise £2M. Not a holder here but always watching.

Well I'm not locked in. I have more sense than to be locked in to a blind RTO. This acquisition looks to be way out of their depth. The last time something like this happened was at ADL (then CEB Resources). They started sprouting big ideas and look what happened - 1p before suspension and a placing at 0.20p on re-admission. I tell you now the market and by the market I mean Institutional Investors do not like coal. There are far too many warning signs around for them to pay premiums for a coal acquisition. Again all just my opinion.

I don't think I have missed the boat here by a long way. Apart from the fact that if no-one can answer my question it generally means that no-one has a clue what is going on, which probably means the board here is full of dreamers who are hoping this RTO shell is going to mysteriously 3-bag, or 5-bag or even 10-bag when it comes out of suspension. Dream on, things just don't happen like that. Besides which coal is the most unfashionable commodity on the planet - at least on all of the planet except Planet Trumpland. Coal if the one commodity that Climate Change Agreements are targeting beyond all else to reduce the use of and carbon omissions from to as close to zero as possible. It still has a small foothold in Third World Africa and parts of Asia, where it is the cheapest option for poor countries to use for the generation of power, but most of the modern world has said goodbye to the use of coal forever. Anyone who disputes this wants to look at the fortunes of companies like Coal of Africa over the past 10 years. They went on the coal acquisition trail with a shareprice as high as £2.00 but the SP has declined for years and is now in the low pence - 2.74p today. Coal is a non-starter, with most of what is mined these days staying in the hands of companies like BHP Billiton and Glencore, though even they will have to start phasing it out soon. All just my opinion of course.

One question here please. Having read the RNS today can I take it that RLH, with a m/cap of £4M, is planning to raise $180M plus $20M to acquire this coal project. If so it will hardly be done at a premium to the pre-suspension shareprice. Of course if that isn't what they are planning then maybe someone can tell me what they are planning. Not a holder here but this is a share that I have been following for the future.

From Proactive Investors: Company news "Anglesey Mining (LON:AYM, 5.00p) – Speculative Buy Anglesey Mining today announced results from a Scoping Study on its wholly owned Parys Mountain copper-lead-zinc project in North Wales. The study was prepared by Micon International and Fairport Engineering with several production scenarios being examined including 500 tonnes per day (tpd), 700tpd and 1,000tpd as well as the use of a dense media separation plant (DMS). The best financial scenario was obtained with 1,000tpd production with a DMS plant and an estimated mine life of eight years. Assuming a US$53m pre-production capital spend and current metal prices, the pre-tax NPV(10%) is US$33.2m with an IRR of 28.3%. Parys Mountain is a significant zinc, copper and lead deposit with small amounts of silver and gold. The current resource estimate is 2.1Mt grading 6.9% combined base metals in the indicated category and 4.1Mt grading 5.0% combined base metals in the inferred category. The Scoping Study was based only on the 2.1Mt of indicated resources. The life-of-mine could be increased significantly and the NPV enhanced should a high proportion of the 4.1Mt of inferred resources be converted into the indicated category. Our View: The above announcement is an important milestone for the Company as this is the first detailed economic study to be done on Parys Mountain for a long time. The Scoping Study results point to a potentially viable mine plan with robust internal rate of return using current metal prices. We note that the NPV(10%) increases to US$43.2m and the IRR to 33.1% using a zinc price of US$1.35/lb and a copper price of US$3.00/lb and all other things being equal. Whilst more detailed engineering and metallurgical work is required to demonstrate specific metal concentrate produced as well as the tailings management, we are encouraged with the initial results and look forward to further optimisation studies on the continued development plan for Parys Mountain. In the meantime, we maintain our speculative buy on the stock." May be an interview later.

While this was expected the shareprice hadn't really risen too much in anticipation of the scoping study. It was higher a few months ago. Right now there are people who bought at 4p/5p over the delay period who are letting them go cheaply for 6p/7p but I feel they might be regret that in an hour or so when this could easily rise to 10p/15p or more.

Net present value at a conservative 10 per cent discount rate (NPV10) of between £26.6M and £42M (at 8% discount rate) which with the current 178M shares in issue gives a shareprice of between 14.95p and 23.5p. Plenty of upside here.

I'm a bit harsh on this company because I gave them lots and lots of chances both before and after Lindsey took charge. I haven't given up on the management turning this around but it's one of those companies where it just looks increasingly less likely as time goes on. They had 2 great assets but got rid of them at the earliest opportunity and have given no indication of what they are planning instead. With just £2.5 Million they would have been better with the exploratory assets they already had. I fear this will drag on and on and on with lots of talk but very little action or acquisitions. ATB

That info really surprises me - especially when we see companies like SXX and SOLG (today) moving to the Main Market but only when their m/caps have reached a substantial size (SOLG over £500M and SXX was over £700M at the time of their move). Seems wrong to me. There should be a minimum size - say £50 M m/cap.
