This little farm out isn't going to help with Nighthawks big financial problems that has left a company that is still producing 800 bopd with a m/cap of about GBP2M.

I see someone bought 12516 shares at 80.50p which seems to be the highest price paid today (unless other late reported trades might top that). Bad rush of blood that. Might be worth 20p or 30p in a couple of days if he/she is lucky......................

But who cares about fair value. AIM has gone totally bonkers of late with all sorts of crazy rises - with most of them coming back down almost as quickly as they went up. There are very few genuine investment or trading opportunities though. Half of them seem to be grabbing a lifeline to stave off administration and the rest are spikes built on nothing but fantasy. Bonkers.

ONL is already overpriced compared to COIN - and they have been building revenue for 2 years now but still need regular placings to stay afloat. 6 months income of �290K but that includes "fair value gain on available for sale financial assets" though they did make a good profit out of an investment in SatoshiPay Ltd since period end of over �500K but this was probably a one-off. Fair value for ONL is aboout 20p.

I think that's why someone invented a chart - and the 10,000 technical indicators...........................

My chart tells me this is going to fall back to 30p...................

The current management are going to be acquiring the existing assets so they will all resign and leave and new management will be taking the helm. Quite likely to be exciting new faces with fresh ideas.

Got a small holding here for now at just over 0.40p. After all people were paying 0.70p and 0.60p on opening so I expect it'll soon be back to those levels. Shells are always popular and there aren't many going at the moment.

You seem well-researched. Maybe you should read the bit that says that CGP are disposing the whole of the existing business for free and about to become an AIM Rule 15 cash shell.

0.48p to buy now. The MM's should have been honest on opening. They were taking these off sellers for 0.25p and should have been letting people buy for 0.30p - not 0.70p. Disgraceful - that's 100% difference.

Sells of 2 million, 4M, 4M, 4M and 10M and buys of around 250,000 or less. MM's are paying 0.25p and 0.35p and selling them for 0.60p - cheeky MM's.

No rush to get in here - except the rush of blood to the head which seems to have taken over AIM these days. By the way Dundas gold project came up a blank. They drilled and assays were to follow but they quietly in the Quarterly Report of 1st August announced: "Dundas WA � Air core drill program resulted in no significant mineralisation" There is still hope as it's a big prospect but there is nothing there for now.

That's good news. I was going to sell as I've been holding here at a loss for months (in at 1.02p) but I might stay around and see what happens. Main problem as far as I can see is ASX (this is dual-listed) as they don't seem to have the speculative buying that is driving AIM upwards at the moment.

This will keep rising now no doubt but the "consortium of high net worth individuals" is really just another fancy name for Darwin as these GBP50K installments can be converted into cheap shares.

Got my average down to 0.1325p now so I'm not too bothered. If the MM's had got their spread sorted today and all the buys had gone through as blue buys there would have been twice as many trades and the shareprice would be a lot higher.

Not wishing to argue but I don't think they have been filling orders as I can get a quote for a 10,000,000 buy anytime so they have the shares available. What has happened though is that a day of approximately 54,000,000 buys and 5,000,000 sells has ended up shown as 15M buys, 41M sells and 3M don't knows. I know this for certain because I have been doing dummy buys and sells all day so far.

Well if you bought some more at 0.09p right now then your average could come down considerably. 1,000,000 shares would cost GBP900 + charges. Try working out what that would do to your average. It looks like you are in at about 2.6p but it depends how many you have got really. Unless it's a huge amount you could get you average right down to a feasible figure without much extra outlay. I was in at 0.255p but have bought some more today (hoping this is a turning point) and now my average is 0.145p which is a lot better. ATB

The MM's have made a right mess of this today. On LSE all but 3 trades - 0.0761p at 8.14am and the 2 at 0.906p at 9.53 and 10.11am - are buys yet most are shown in red. Don't say it doesn't make any difference because it does. When the trades are all shown in blue when they are buys the volume noticeably picks up and so does the shareprice. On ISDX it's much the same though they do have a couple of buys that have gone through at 0.98p. This could and should have risen considerably more if the buys had all been shown in blue as buys.
