If they have got enough to cover it they'll be down to their last few pennies and will have to raise some cash anyway as they'll need more for testing if it's a success not to mention running costs if they use up the last of their cash reserves.

I don't think they'd still be involved if they didn't have the cash for this. Unless they're just raising it now.

My info is from the Trap Oil website where it says: "............Following completion of this agreement the revised partner positions in Niobe will be Suncor with a 49.5 per cent. equity interest, Norwegian Energy Company UK Limited ("Noreco") with a 22.5 per cent. equity interest and Trap OiI Limited with a 28 per cent. equity interest, of which 2.5 per cent. will continue to be carried by Noreco and the balance will be a paying interest." This is the same as the info on the RNS on8th June - 28% with 2.5% carried.

I'm assuming we're going to get a well spud RNS soon which would explain the SP rise. Can anyone who knows please help with some info about costs for the Niobe drill. Trap have a 28% equity interest of which only 2.5% is carried. Have they paid the rest of the drill costs and if so does that include testing or is that extra? Thanks in advance anyone...........

Cheers. Sold mine at a big loss at 1.30p last July when Puka 3 hit water. It hurt at the time but wasn't too bad considering how much the SP fell. And it's had a 10-1 consolidation since then as well which means it would be about 0.085p in old money. Hope they can raise the cash to drill. £3M is not a huge amount and I'll certainly have a go at getting some of my losses back if they do. Think I'll hold back for now. ATB.

Mr Optimistic Aimjunky has a sweet way with words but they don't often have much substance to them. I saw someone on the ROSE board recently just had to filter you - not for deramping but for your incessant wild ramping, ramping, ramping. I still find the rampers are more dangerous (profit wise) than the depampers, who are often just sensibly cautious. This is still not the time for blind optimism.

Anything can change but it's only 6% at the moment (and 5% in the previous year) so it would need to be a pretty big deal to justify the near 100% rise in the SP earlier this week. These results are nothing to get excited about - revenue down, profits down - and even the BOD say: "The results for the year as a whole, though still unsatisfactory, were a material improvement on the previous year." If they can't get excited about them I don't know who else might .

I'm seeing that Mobile Solutions only make up 6% of total revenue, so any deals probably won't be transformational. Also it says that: " Post period end, Pinnacle entered in to discussions with O2 and other providers of mobile services regarding the ongoing provision of the Company's mobile and digital services offering." which may mean just the continuation of the existing services rather than any new deals or bigger deals.

Particularly as he (and Donald Strang) are the only ones who know where EVO is heading. Everyone else is taking a rather risky punt at a much higher price that the new directors.

My view is that DL is generally totally fair in his holdings. He always buys them rather than getting as free options like many BOD's and he always holds on to them - but in this instance I think he has taken advantage of the situation and acquired a large holding at a substantial discount to the current SP.

DL isn't a seller. I've not heard of him ever selling any of his shares. He's probably still got the ones he bought in FJET before he resigned. He's a real believer that SP's will rise and rise - especially if he's still at the helm, though I'm not sure what may eventually happen to his large LGO holding which he's said he will be keeping for at least a year.

In the past DL has often done low priced placings - LGO, REM, UKOG, etc - but always PI's have had the opportunity to buy in at around the placing price but there is no chance of that happening here the way this has gone.

Yeah - nice work. Explains why DL is so keen to take over these shell companies - he wouldn't get away with it if setting up a new company.
