TSX due to open shortly. See what happens there. I feel the shareprice is probably held back by the Canadian listing, even though that was the only listing up until last year when the AIM listing was added. According to info from the 3rd Q Results of 14th November 2017: "In the third quarter, Touchstone traded a total of 22,797,299 common shares, 76% of which were traded on the AIM exchange." So the bulk of the trading was already on the AIM market even though TXP were only admitted to trading on AIM on the 26th June 2017 and the quarter referred to was from 1st July 2017 to 30th September - which was first full quarter of dual-listing.

Volume is over 500K in only 1 hour of trading with mainly buys. Just needs the volume to get to 2 Million+ a day for this to rise quite quickly so that is quite doable today.

Not a lot of posting going on here either considering the current production, potential for increase and the very low m/cap.

Looks like the SP has turned back up now. Seems that newsflow was needed (as I posted last week) and now this should re-rate upwards with the operational update due next week. 11.975p paid. Blimey I can remember the day that LGO reached a m/cap of �185M when their production broke through the 1000 bopd barrier with hype anticipating a further rise to 2000 bopd. With Touchstone production already in excess of 1500 bopd and an easy route up to 2000+ bopd the m/cap here is still only �15M!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Modest volume and all buys so far with 11.45p paid. Could do with another rise like the one last October when the SP peaked at over 16p - and even that is still a modest m/cap for production of 1500 bopd and rising fast with their 10 well drill already underway.

Sad lack of communication from the management. Better communication is needed to get this profitable producer noticed. Well PS-602 should be drilled and in production by now and the first drill of 2 on the Forest Reserve WD-2 block should also have been spud before the end of February. Also we seem to be due a Q4 trading update for the quarter ending 31st December and even though the full year results won't be due out for a while a full year trading update would be good too. 2 or 3 times the production figures of CERP but only half the m/cap.

I have to admit it looks like I am responsible for this trading update. I was getting increasingly frustrated with the apparent lack of ability of the company to bring out the CPR, or even to issue a trading update, so I tried to email the company 2 days ago via the email link on their website. When that email bounced back as failed I then tried the direct link on the website which also didn't work. I then phoned to speak to the Nomad/Broker and the 2 named persons were typically always at meetings and never answering their phones so I sent the same email to them and then 1 of the guys phoned me back anyway. The gist of our chat was that Allenby's were going to send my email on to the company so this looks like my prodding has at least got a result. Anyway I was getting so p*ss*d off with the lack of communication that I have been selling my rather large holding over the last couple of days and looking at the content of the trading update I think it was probably a wise decision. Some companies are destined to trade at a huge discount to their true value and this seems to be one of them. However hard you try the m/cap never seems to increase. If the m/cap hasn't increased with all the interest and support that has been going on here over the last few months than it certainly won't be doing much when that interest wanes, as no doubt it will after that rather flat trading update - next shipment 3/4 months away, drill result 2/3 months away, CPR we'll probably never even see and still dreaming of partnerships that'll probably never happen - so all in all not a lot to get excited about. Just sold my last shares with great difficulty as the MM's weren't too keen on giving me a price - which is typical of companies with poor liquidity. I may come back here again in a few months depending on what the shareprice does in the meantime but it's been such a struggle to get anywhere with this lot that I may not even bother. ATB

I agree that's definitely a sell. However I reckon the true buy/sell figures for today should be about 33,336 buys against 16,241 sells (hence the jump in the buy price from �1.196 on opening to the current �1.33) rather than the 17,220 buys and 32,357 sells that my live prices are showing (if they were correct the SP would be flat or down),

Well with �1.34p paid the SP has passed the January highs so the next leg of the re-rate is officially now on. Not sure if we have any chartists on board who might know where the next resistance level may be. I'm maybe hazarding a guess at anywhere between �1.80 and �2.40 (still not excessive at a m/cap of between ��22.5M and �30M),

I do feel that with the updated CPR overdue and imminent and an operational update also overdue that this is a safe share to buy into even when the SP rises sharply. And even with no news the production figures of 2145 bopd, all sold at Brent prices, justify a much higher m/cap and shareprice anyway. At the moment there is a certain amount of buying pressure but because there is so little stock in free float the MM's are forced to put the SP up quite quickly. A steep rise on low volume tends to stall the buying as is happening here quite a lot. Someone may have bought earlier at �1.20p but now holds back when the buy price is now �1.345p. What we need is for the buying to push through the low volume levels and put the MM's under real pressure and then we should see rises of 35%/40% a day rather than the modest 5%/10% rises that are taking this up slowly.

Just showing now - and as a sell. Basically the MM's know they are in trouble here and if buying demand picks up they will have to take the SP up very quickly to try and get people to sell to give them the shares they need to satisfy the buying demand. Showing 3 x 5000 buys as sells by late reporting them takes the pressure off just a tad. Also the MM's are lucky here at the moment as this is not an overly popular share with the masses and so demand is relatively slow anyway. At the moment a 10p/15p rise in the buy price in a morning seems to be enough to slow down the buys and keeps the MM's safe for another day. This might change any day though and people may just start buying more as the SP pushes up and then it will all go ballistic.

All this needs is for the sellers to hold on for a while and the SP could be up to �2/�3 in no time at all with or without the CPR or a trading update. If the MM's can't get hold of any the shareprice will rise superfast as there are so few shares in public hands. I will concede there are a couple of sells just gone through now at �1.275. Quick profit for the impatient. Personally I shall hold and wait for a much bigger profit.

And another one too - 5000 @ �1.2475 but late reported and directly after the previous one. Clearly a buy - and also obvious by the way the SP keeps jumping upwards.

True figures should be 17391 buys (plus krull's 5000 which isn't showing yet) and 300 sells.

Looks to me like the 5000 trade at �1.23.123 just put through as a sell was also a delayed buy from 11.21am when the previous buy at 11.09 was at �1.22 and the later buy at 11.40 was at �1.26. Such lowlife tactics and so pointless.

Looks like it'll keep moving up slowly. The only thing slightly slowing the re-rate is a few nervy sellers who have probably bought in the last month or so and were expecting the SP to rise at a quicker pace and have cleared out with a few % profit. The SP is just passing January's high now and there is still plenty of upside as the M/cap is still only �15.87M at the latest buy price just paid of �1.26p. It is also noticeable that the SP is jumping on tiny buying volume so if the volume does pick up the rise will be much, much faster. The overdue CPR is still due out and as the CEO commented on the last RNS Urals Energy "have built our portfolio of licences significantly in the last two years" so that should contain some good figures. Quite happy if the SP keeps rising slowly in the meantime. ATB

Same story everywhere. I see PPC who have production of about 300 bopd in Louisiana and 1700 bopd in Argentina are sitting on a m/cap of between �100M and �125M in their current shareprice range. If anything Argentina is a more difficult environment than Russia as it suffers severe currency fluctuations and constant devaluations and overseas companies have trouble taking any cash out of the country. UEN m/cap still only �15M @ �1.20...........

Yeah, obviously if the record date is before trading resumption I'll be getting some anyway but it looks like only being a relatively small amount - say about 1 for every 18-20 shares so nothing to get hugely excited about. Some people are comparing this with IRG but that was more like a 1 for 1 entitlement but this is not anywhere near that.

Well I got 6p for mine and I can already buy them back for 5.65p and that price is falling so I'm not too worried for now. I personally think that SOUND's Italian assets are as good as worthless (JP was quite cheeky to try and get anything for them as they are probably more trouble and costly than they are worth) and that any Indonesian acquisitions will be a long way down the road. With just the PO Valley merger to factor in the shareprice will most probably settle somewhere near the previous SP which is also the placing price.
