Chariot have assets offshore Brazil which are far more likely to come up with oil and/or gas than anything they've got on this side of the Atlantic. I'm surprised they don't just concentrate on them.

Unlucky or maybe just the same old story from offshore Morocco. At least Chariot managed to reduce their exposure to such a high risk wildcat venture. Not a holder here but was watching for the result.

Warwick and Whitby now gone and it looks like this company will make a fresh start without Indonesia. I always said that the Indonesia plans were going to be totally unrealistic for a company as small as Andalas as it was a long, long term project. 718 million shares were in issue when Dave Whitby was appointed to the board on 5th June 2015 and now 9662 million shares in issue when he finally goes. Crazy. And I always said there was something fishy about him back in the CEB Resources days..............

This has got to be the time for Global to get this sorted out right now. Recent farm in companies in the area include Exxon, Shell, Galp, Tullow, Repsol, Total, ONGC Videsh. Any one of them will do fine. The management here have been bone idle ever since they sold their acreage in the Eagle Ford. It's about time they did some work and earned their salaries - though in reality the only work they really need to do is to get a bigger company to do the work for them. ATB

Global holds an 85% working interest in the Licence, and is Operator. Personally I would tend to be a lot more careful about who or what may influence my trading/investing decisions than to commit after reading a cranky article like that. The website reveals them to be 5 young lads publishing an article seemingly written by someone else under the name of Roweena Monahan and they are based In Sydney, Australia with an American sounding name and writing about a UK based company. The article itself is complete nonsense and shows a total lack of understanding of corporate structure. I'd stick to the info on the website which was updated in January 2018 and looks to be fairly representative of this sort of company though here the management do noticeably own a very small percentage of the issued shares with only 1.23% between the 3 directors.

Fine. The only way ROSE will get even 1 well drilled is if they get a serious partner who for a sizeable stake will pay for at least one well. Now is the time for them to do it. Drilling planned for Q4 2018 at earliest, which will probably slip into next year knowing the management here. I don't hold here but will buy in if they ever do get a partner and proceed to the drilling phase so I shall just keep watching here for now. Can't totally blame ROSE as there are a number of oilies stuck looking for help with not a lot forthcoming with oil still in the $60 - $70 range. ATB.

Well I can remember the resource update in August 2009 when the shareprice went from about 3.5p to 15p in one day. Back then the updated resource was just over 200,000 tons of Nickel (which was at just over $20,000 a ton) and 55,000 tons of copper (which at $6200 a ton was less than the current value) for an In-Ground Resource Value of $6.9 Billion. AMC had 152 million shares in issue. 624 million shares in issue today. Don't think it'll do as much as that today though.

I bought 1,000,000 here at 0.255p (�2550) a while ago and that holding is now worth about �500 so it is well adrift. There's no point in selling at a loss as I expect this will pick up at some stage. It's just a case of waiting for a year or two. I bought another 1,000,000 recently for just over 0.05p and will continue to buy more amounts of the same if they make progress towards finding a sizable cobalt (and copper) resource in the DRC. SULA now ABM are at least known for finding sizeable quality assets, but they just seem to have a problem knowing how to proceed with these assets and also seem to struggle finding partners with the funds to progress them. However the market still values successful explorers so if they get lucky and find a large prospect the SP will pick up at some stage. Just might take a year or two.

If you're trying to buy on the CFD platform the share in non-leveraged which means you can't get a position and can only trade on the IG stockbroking or ISA platforms. For CFD's (and probably spread betting) the m/cap is too small and it is considered to volatile and too high risk.

Looking closely at today's trades I reckon that every trade so far is a buy. The only one that even looks like a sell is the 83,572 but that was delayed from 9.25am when it was clearly a buy too. The spread is quite wide here with the current sell price at 12.25p so it's quite easy to differentiate between the buys and the (non-existent) sells. So 449.192 buys so far today. SP has just ticked up again. Pity there aren't any posters here as otherwise the momentum would be gaining and the SP rising faster. ATB.

They've just appeared on here and they say they are buys from earlier today so that's great. Just did a dummy buy for 150,000 and got a NT at an indicative price of 12.20p so it looks about right.

I see 2 late reported buys for 150,000 each have just appeared. These might be late reported trades from yesterday as the buy price of 12.13p and 12.20p fits nicely with the prices at that time. I don't think they are a bed and ISA because the sell price at that time yesterday morning (and today) was only 11.57p and there is no way the MM's would have paid more for big quantity at the time so it definitely looks like 2 big buys to me. Nice. Certainly makes those who bought yesterday and sold at a loss look pretty stupid.

Just about all buys yesterday and the sells all seem to be from punters who bought in yesterday and who cannot be bothered to wait for the operational update due next week or the results of the 10 well drill that is underway and due for completion by August 2018. I regard myself as quite a short-term holder of shares and more of a trader than a long-term holder but even I have the patience to wait for a profit from my trades. The SP here is noticeably low for the production figures and more likely to rise than to fall as the drill campaign gains momentum and the SP already has a high of 16p achieved last October/November which should easily be reached and probably surpassed this summer. Trades of 28,527; 33,153 and 32,414 were all bought yesterday and sold at a loss. Talk about stupid. ATB.
