Does anyone know the cost of this proposed drill?

Of course this will only work if the share price rises considerably over the next few days.

In theory it is fine for them to fund the drill themselves - problem is that it will dilute the share price a lot. As I just posted they could fund it themselves anyway without the new management but I don't think they can get a placing off for the amount they need at the current share price so this is planned to renew interest here, bump up the share price and then they will manage to raise the necessary funds.

All just my opinion.

As far as I can see they have been unable to get a JV/farm-in so they are using lack of rig availability - in the USA?? - as an excuse for inaction. They cannot raise the funds because no-one wants to put any money down so they have brought in the "hottest management in AIM" to bump up the share price by several times before doing a placing at a level higher than the current SP but nowhere near the soon to be expected high at which point they will fund the drill themselves.

Pity about the share price though - it's falling fast.

That is what I was just going to post - that it's because it's domiciled in Jersey. Nice bonus really. Who says I'm never posting positive thoughts.

Can anyone tell me why we don't have to pay stamp duty when buying this share. I thought it was only AIM shares that are stamp duty exempt and yet this is definitely Main Market. I'm not complaining - just more wondering.

Yes, I agree, and I had forgotten all thoughts of a placing until monty5662 mentioned it in a recent post of his. And seeing as he seems to spend his time contacting Aidan I thought that maybe he had put the idea in monty5662's head.

His post was as follows:

except that placings like that only happen in dreamland. In the real world they are more often at 2p than 10p.

And you, angelaj6611, obviously did bother following the link I put on here the other day to the IPO Prospectus. This company has a lot lower revenue than most would expect (at least as far as Big Dish Asia is concerned) and burn through cash at an alarming rate.

While Big Dish UK is a fresh start and has great potential their very slow progress over the last 8 months will not have helped the balance sheet much.

Anyway the results for full year 2018 are due out by the end of March so we shall all see the revenue, costs and cash as of 31st December 2018.

What they need to decide to do is to either get all ten territories up and running straight away or to get a smaller amount of territories growing faster with more people working in each territory.

Or they can just continue as they are doing now and take their time with a subdued share price and the risk of needing a placing.

It's a few months now since Aidan said no placing was needed. Knowing the market well, that's no longer a guarantee there won't be a placing sometime. Though if they expand quick enough they won't need one as these territories can reach break even very quickly.

March as there is still nearly a week to go and a target is a target.

However 29 by 12 months is a pitiful 350 in a year and 40 in a month is only 480 added in a year which is just not good enough.

As I posted earlier today they really need 2 and preferably 3 people adding restaurants in each territory to make a success of this.

All they have tackled from this territory so far is Bristol and a few in Bath which really needs redoing as Bath is a good area for eating out. This is a greatly improved sign-up rate but still painfully slow. I would say they might still get to 20 in Southampton by the end of

20 in Bristol and 9 in Southampton added so far in March.

I'm certainly not going. I have heard quite enough talk, talk, talk from those 2 already to last a lifetime. It's time for more action and less talk if you ask me!!!!!!!

88E have definitely got Bookian zone (which is what PANR have got to flow) on their acreage. It's mentioned in the Icewine#1 drill results.
