There's one Territory manager in T2 (Bristol) though that person seems to have disappeared since the beginning of April.

Even though we were told in a podcast that there was also one in T1 (Bournemouth) that seemed to be a little economical with the truth as Sanj had already said that he was active in Southampton signing them up himself and all the Bournemouth ones were migrated. The way they are appearing now and again looks more like Sanj than a proper territory manager. If, however, there is a territory manager in T1 apart from Sanj he/she hasn't done a lot.

As per the RNS dated 19th March they were looking to expand into T3 (Brighton) and would need a territory manager first unless Sanj intends to do that and T1 at the same time.

From what I can see London will be Territory 4 but they don't seem to be in much of a rush to start there despite it being the easiest of all UK territories by miles. There are also already up to 40 restaurants live on the Table Pouncer website which can be migrated straight away.

9 months in since the IPO and they are still struggling with the most basic parts of the business which seems very strange considering they have already worked with the concept of Territory managers and Territory Account Managers in Manilla, Hong Kong and Jakarta. They should have that part of the business all sorted out and running smoothly. It cannot be that difficult to find competent Business 2 Business managers in these areas of the UK surely.

Personally I would use the old-fashioned approach in this situation. Flyers. Keep it simple. The oldest and the best way.

They should put flyers in every restaurant that signs up to the platform. This is so the existing customers will come across Big Dish and book through them in the future. Each restaurant's existing customers will also then get a link to the App/website and will be able to see which other restaurants in the town/city are offering similar discounts.

Then after each town/city is added to the platform and the restaurants are signed up I would send the Territory Manager back for one day to hand out flyers in the town/city centre. For an offer like this where repeat business is the key and there is no cost involved for the customer one big drop would be sufficient.

I guarantee that the simple use of flyers would bring in customers in their droves. Business would boom in no time at all and all for the cost of a few thousand leaflets.

If monty5662 wants to pass on this idea to the management then feel free.

The market is absolutely horrendous at the moment - and not just AIM shares. Look at the disasters like Flybe and Debenhams, not to mention others like Patisserie Holdings (Cake) and Carillion - big companies that have just folded due to mismanagement or false accounting.

Every other day there is a FTSE 350 company down 75%-85% due to poor figures and there is very little upside even in the AIM market.

I'm confident that this should come good but it would be nice if they just a move on with the job.

Sorry, on 20th Feb the SP reached 4p. 24th Feb was actually a Sunday. The peak the following week on 27th Feb was 3.75p so I'm not far out.

"They will be on a very basic pay plus bonus i would have thought, so it will be in their interest to move things." - this sounds like more false information intending to mislead as you do not know this at all.

I don't mind wealthy Arabs investing here but what idiot wants to give them their holding virtually for nothing.

I completely agree with panda1.

If this was a strategic investment then the Sheik should have paid a massive premium for his nearly 30% stake.

If it was to just keep the lights on why bother with the Arabs (but hence the silly low placing price).

If it is to help fund the planned increased production at Aje Field then it should also have been placed at a large premium as otherwise there will be very little in it for MX Oil shareholders who will no doubt just get a silly loan from the Arabs which will be converted at an equally silly low share price.

The only fact here is that Sheik bin someone or other bought 29%+ of this company for a share price of 0.04p - which is really quite ludicrous.

I see your last post here was 24th February but don't worry, you haven't missed anything.

Very steady as she goes - though the share price is down by 50% since your last post here but I wouldn't worry about that - no-one else here seems to bother with such trivial facts anyway.

The one thing I don't get here is that if this rich Sheik so wanted to buy into MX Oil for a 29.6% holding why MXO didn't make him pay a premium to the then SP. To let him buy in at 0.04p with 1 for 2 warrants at 0.04p as well was just plain lunacy.

The share price is already 4 times the placing price and normally under these circumstances a holding as large as nearly 30% would be bought at a considerable premium rather than at a considerable discount. It's not as if the Sheik's office could not have afforded to pay more so to have done the placing at 0.10p or 0.12p would have made a lot more sense.

All just my opinion.

Big Dish don't seem to worry about missing any extra Easter business and I suppose they'll be missing the summer as well pretty soon!!!

Maybe they'll just fund the extra drills and take over the project and all of the production.

"The operating partners continue to assess the viability that these two development phases. The operating partners consider that the initial development drilling may result in peak oil production rates of 8,000 to 12,000 barrels of oil per day and the full development drilling may increase production to 20,000 barrels of oil per day and 100 million standard cubic feet per day of gas. The partnership expects that the initial development drilling is likely to require one new development well in the Cenomanian reservoir and one horizontal side track development well in the Turonian reservoir. The full development project will be subject to the availability of project finance in the future to allow a number of new wells to be developed."

The current name is MXOil from when they were planning to operate in Mexico - hence the MX - and a name change should be little more than to reflect that they are operating in Nigeria. Can't see anything more than this in it.

I'm obviously not expecting it to take 8 years!!

I am just pointing out the current rate of progress which I believe since last November I have been saying is far too slow and needs to speed up.

This slow rate of progress has and still is being reflected in the subdued share price.

So there have been 9 restaurants added in 14 days so that's 4.5 per week and at this rate the 2000 independent restaurants will take another 418 weeks which is just about 8 years. Are they really going too slowly? Maybe, maybe not.

Maths: 2000 - 116 = 1884 divided by 4.5 = 418 (weeks) divided by 52 = 8 years.

Getting there slowly - very, very slowly but progress is progress. Albeit slow progress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And also for all of the amateurs who think they can tell us what the revenue is the real revenue figures will all be revealed when the results come out. That is how listed companies operate.

That is when we shall see exactly how much revenue is coming in and how much cash is being spent to generate the revenue.

Until then all figures are just nonsense - and false information!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys would believe the earth is flat if that is what Bishop and Naha told you. Unbelievable.

Anyway if it wasn't for the fact that eatigo have made a great success of the yield management concept in the restaurant business I wouldn't go anywhere near Big Dish. The eatigo App and websites are an absolute joy with lots and lots and lots of categories and the whole thing is buzzing with enthusiasm and success. I have downloaded the eatigo App and I get alerts straight to my mobile almost every day - that's an idea for Big Dish for the future.

The success of eatigo means that Big Dish can do the same now if they apply themselves in their own territory though as yet they seem to be making very hard work of it and the risk is that if Big Dish can just copy eatigo then equally another company can copy Big Dish.

What eatigo did in Asia was to get there first so when Big Dish converted from their discount card scheme to yield management Dish were unable to get a proper foot in because eatigo already had all the best restaurants signed to their platform and Big Dish Asia were just left with the scraps.

Right now Big Dish have the opportunity to get all the best restaurants signed to their platform in the UK. Will they take advantage of this opportunity - we will have to wait and see.

All just my opinion but also based on facts and not fantasy.

Nice to see a big buy. Been too many big sells of late but that is more encouraging. 2.5p paid too.
