For you information I have used the same username on LSE since 6th October 2009 and have never been banned or even warned. You though turned up on 28th July 2018 posting away as if you were well versed with posting and shares but had just decided for some reason to create a new username.

Also please bear in mind that your first post on this Dish board was on 18th January 2019 - copied below - while I have been here and posting since the IPO on 2cnd August 2018. Also I was aware of Big Dish and their business concept from a lot earlier than that as they previously were due to complete a RTO with Nyota Minerals and this was first announced on 15th November 2016.

Personally I won't be buying back in at anywhere near these levels. To buy back in now is in my mind taking a far too short term view.

We have recently been told that the recruiting of territory managers for the nationwide rollout will take three to four months. Big Dish are not known for doing anything ahead of schedule so you have to assume that it will take all of this allotted time to get them all on board and I would assume the minimum time to get the first of these managers on board will be two months or more so. We are a couple of weeks into the 3 to 4 months now so people can draw their own conclusions about what the share price may do in the meantime.

In terms of valuation the only figure the market has been given is a Tastecard comparison which is £100 Million for 6000 restaurants. So with the m/cap recently hitting over £25M with only 150 restaurants on the platform this is obviously vastly overpriced with the valuation based on speculation of the nationwide rollout rather than the real thing. According to the Tastecard valuation £25M is more the m/cap of about 1500 restaurants and not a paltry 150.

I shall be back in here in a month or so. Whatever happens in the meantime is just short term fluctuations - based on things like someone saying they have sold or the outstanding RNS or whatever.

I still regard this as an excellent opportunity. The recent rise, while largely based on speculation, was a taster of what is to come here and if Big Dish really do now get on with the nationwide rollout as planned then I can see this easily 5 or 10 bagging in the next year. Just need to give it time.

Only downside is that AB and SN may not wish to do any further podcasts with JW. Probably no great loss.

I have done very well out of the recent rise - as have many of the LTH's here if we are to believe their posts. I was virtually out of here at 9p but then stupidly got lured back in with a smaller amount on the strength of the outstanding news re Reading & Brighton & the tech partnership. It just makes me cross the company cannot keep to deadlines re announcements as I was just planning to flip the ones I had rebought and then give this a break for a month or two while the nationwide roll out recruitment process was taking place before loading up again.

Very poor attitude from the management, especially after the recent tweet.

The Bournemouth restaurants on the platform are churning much less than the new areas because they have been on board a lot longer from the old Table Pouncer days, and yet even so according to the IPO Bournemouth has historically had as many as 250 participating restaurants so that has also lost a lot to be down to just under 50. This business needs restaurants to be constantly added to maintain decent numbers and that certainly isn't happening at the moment.

With the planned recruitment process planned to take three to four months from 30th May I would personally expect the SP to fall back quite sharply in the interim period. The share price has risen on the talk of the nationwide roll-out but there's little to support it while this is being implemented.

No, you actually heard from me when the share price was rising too. I stuck my neck out and predicted the SP was going to hit 10p. Turns out I was a bit over-optimistic.

No trolls so far - that's a surprise.

Swindon was launched live on 23rd May with 3 restaurants.

This was then referred to in the RNS of 30th May as a successful launch.

Today on the 19th June 27 days later - that's nearly a month later - there are still just the 3 restaurants. I suppose one consolation is that none of them have dropped off yet and that we still have 3. Swindon has a population of 182,000 people.

With nothing appearing from Reading or Brighton I am wondering whether the two existing territory managers may have left. Maybe there aren't any at all. It certainly looks that way by the lack of new signings over the past few weeks.

And monty can shut up with his nonsense about understanding how the platform works. Churn is a real factor at work here. The only way to beat churn is to keep signing up new replacements for the ones that leave. And maybe new territory managers if the existing ones leave too.

I'm expecting my post to be trolled badly but I don't really care. Facts are facts.

The numbers of participating restaurants on the platform are as follows:
1st March - 75
1st April - 107 - which was + 32
1st May - 123 - + 16
1st June - 150 - + 27
19th June - 128 - minus 22

Churn is a major factor here. This is a new concept. Restaurants will sign up not really knowing whether this idea will work for them and if id doesn't they will delist.
The one great Bristol with 40 restaurants by April is now down to a mere 27.

I didn't know Magellan still had an interest in HH Developments as it isn't mentioned on the HHD website. That's a name from DL's time here if I remember rightly. I assume they are still contributing towards the costs here.

And apart from them it's just UKOG, Alba and a small holding for Dor.

According to Sanj: "Brighton and Reading are expected to go live with an initial selection of restaurants" and that "the number of restaurants available is expected to increase significantly over the weeks following these launches."

So it's going to be a soft launch like Southampton with just a few to begin with and then more added.

Looks like we'll need them as I did a count last evening and we're down to 137 in total.
