Trading figures will be for Full Year of Big Dish Asia (Jan to Dec 2018 plus the extra 3 months to end of March 2019 due to the backshift of the accounting period) and for Table Pouncer and Big Dish UK from the IPO through to the end of March 2019.

Goodbye Beepoalula - though on second thoughts you may as well stay on board as I get the feeling that your particular brand of super-ramping is going to make me a lot of dosh. You'll keep at it until the share price just floats up on thin air. Who needs 6000 restaurants when the herd can get this m/cap most of the way there with just a few hundred outlets. Then I can take some more super profits here, especially as the SP will be guaranteed to fall back once the market twigs that the rise was just a lot of hot air.

Eventually, if the management can manage it, the share price may finally rise on genuine restaurant and user acquisition numbers and it will be time for a further super profit.

Finals for 15 months ending 31st March 2019 need to be published by end of September. The interim figures for April to end of September will need to be out by the end of December.

It would be nice as this is a Main Market listing if the shareholders are given advance warning of when the results will be out by RNS.

While yield management is proven in the Airline and hotel sectors they operate very differently because airlines such as easyjet own 100% of the seating on their planes. Similarly hotels own 100% of the rooms. It is very easy to offer a discount if you are receiving 100% of the revenue.

This concept is relatively unproven in the restaurant business where Big Dish is acting purely as the middle-man and is not guaranteed to be a success.

Not that I think the market is going to notice the difference between success and failure. I can quite see the m/cap reaching £50M or even £100M with only a few 100 restaurants on board. So much for the £100M valuation of Tastecard with its 6000 restaurants. Big Dish may be worth as much as that with just 500. After all the m/cap has already reached nearly £30M with only 150 restaurants and talk of more to come.

The game now is not to predict what the share price is going to do on newsflow but what it may do as a result of prolonged wild shareholder speculation.

One post would do for most posters here but Beebopalula seems to need to make 2,3 or 4 to get his point across. Maybe that's because there is no point to 99% of his posts.

While most of the LTH's who have been here from day one have now safely taken some profits and largely derisked after this recent rise and do not feel the need to post so much, Beebopaluala seems to have missed the point altogether and come rain or shine, good news or not so good news, he continues to ramp the f*ck out of this share. He now has 160 posts in the last 30 days, far, far more than anyone else, all about Big Dish as he doesn't seem to have the brains to maybe invest in more than one share at a time despite the risk.

He has also been joined of late by a whole string of new posters who despite having no posting history on this board are his fellow newly appointed experts on everything Big Dish.

I should report this post to the FCA big boy and see how far that gets you. You really are a silly little man.

I cannot believe that the numbers fell from 150 restaurants on 30th May to the 115 of 2 days ago before the addition of 5 more in Brighton. That is a loss of 35 restaurants which could and should never happen in a high growth start-up business. It's over 20% of the restaurants onboard. And Bristol which we all watched grow from nowhere to 40 restaurants is now down to just 21. This does not seem believable. Something is not working here.

And exactly what is 3 in Swindon all about - that is the way to get the App/website a very bad reputation as a place that does not look to be a success. Very strange.

Yes it was a record trading day today for number of shares changing hands but no company wants to see record trading numbers on a big down day. That just means that a record number of shareholders have been selling their shares today. Yes, there have been plenty of buys as well but they have only managed to prevent the share price from falling further and their numbers must be significantly lower than the sells for the share price to fall by nearly 20%.

What a company and shareholders want to see is a record trading day when the share price goes up rather then when it's going down. Unfortunately for Big Dish 3 of the 4 big trading days of the last few months have been on big sell-off days with the only rising day on 30th May.

This actually shows that people are selling Big Dish more than they are buying them at the moment. The rise over the last 4 trading days before today's fallback was also over very low volume and really doesn't signify anything.

Idiots buy on the first sign of a pullback - and spend half their time making sure everyone knows they have been buying more by continually posting every time they top up. It's as if they think everyone else will follow their lead. And these are always the same LTH's who forget to take a profit or derisk when the share price rises and don't seem to ever believe that a share price can move downwards as well as upwards.

Yeah, I have been saying this here since last year. They have to sign up the restaurants to make their money and however much this is a tech company the revenue is still going to come from bums on seats. That is physical.

You should read the company news releases.

The tech partnership appears to be the partnership with Total Jobs and Monster Jobs as it is no longer mentioned.

Brand Ambassadors are planned for much later - "The Company expects to sign up several Brand Ambassadors and to launch various media initiatives from the fourth quarter of this year onwards as BigDish increases its national footprint."

Reading is not going to happen yet - " As such, Reading will now be launched at a later date."

App upgrades while nice do not affect the share price.

The new territory managers are planned to be in place by September - though I would expect a little room for movement there knowing Big Dish as I do.

No news before September.

I agree. It looks like the company have a problem trying to do more than one thing at a time which is probably because Sanj is more or less running the show in this country on this own and there are obviously limitations on how much he can get done.

I think Big Dish need to invest a lot more in employees in this country. The original plan was to have a territory manager and an account manager in every territory. That is the way they used to run Manilla, Hong Kong & Jakarta. I think this is a great idea. Maybe have both people trained in both jobs as otherwise every time someone goes on holiday or is off sick the whole territory grounds to a halt.

Also I think that there is going to be far to much pressure on Sanj if/when all of the territories get fully up and running. I have not seen this planned or suggested but I think a good idea would be to have 2, 3 or even 4 regional managers, operating under and accountable to Sanj, with each looking after 3 or 4 territories.

Yes this will greatly increase the wage bill but that is not an issue in a company like this as the more people they have genuinely signing up restaurants to the platform the greater the income will be. Extra staff will soon pay for themselves.

Personally I have been following this story since November 2016 and the total tangible progress in all that time in the UK is 120 restaurants. Big Dish have been floated now for 11 months and their restaurant base has grown from 110 on Table Pouncer to the current 120.

All talk and very little action.

And it would be very nice if the company could be bothered to arrange the current towns and cities in alphabetical order on the App/website. To do this is not rocket science and is the accepted norm in this country.

This company are big on talk and Sanj knows how to use big expletives in his RNS's but they are pitifully short on action. 120 restaurants after 11 months of trading in the UK. There were even 110 on the Table Pouncer platform that Big Dish acquired for £1Million.

I see that two of the other big rampers here - monty and angelaj - are both quiet today. That is no doubt because they have already both taken a substantial profit on the last rise and can afford to chill out a bit.

Quick question please.

Have we got any timescales for the actual drilling of the HH-2 Portland production well? Am I right to assume they will use the existing Portland/Kimmeridge well and just go sideways at the required depth. Do we know how long the horizontal section will be and how long this will take?

To be realistic it could take a whole year just to get reliable territory managers on board.

Salesmen/women are notoriously difficult to please. They only have to find the hours too long or for there to be too much driving for them to be leaving far quicker than they were recruited. Then it's another 2 or 3 months to find and train a replacement with no new restaurants added while that is going on.

I can't for the life of me see all of the territories up and running by the beginning of September. That looks like the latest commitment to a target that will be missed by a long way.

However, it wouldn't necessarily be a disaster. If you think about it all they need is to get 2 or 3 managers recruited for London and 1 or preferably 2 for the Midlands and 1 in the Manchester area. Along with the 2 they have already that would be good enough for the next year and see the rapid growth of restaurant numbers and users in high population areas.

However, this may restrict their ability to sign up chains, especially national chains, as they do need to have the geographical locations to exist on the APP/website for the chains to be added. Chains can't realistically come on board until the whole country is covered but then I can't really see the point in covering places like Scotland and rural Wales and say East Anglia and the north-east at this early stage.

I think the company needs to decide on what is possible and maybe leave chains for another year until the business is more advanced. Just concentrate on getting the numbers up quickly in the big-hitting areas and then take the next step.
