RE: Among majors, JORC and possible bidding war25 Oct 2021 14:25
Mac I remember that last year we were discussing the level of the sale we thought we were at using the stair chart sale stage graph, distance memory now, but this has and will exceed everyone’s expectations, you don’t have all the world renowned big companies on board for this amount of time for a couple of billions. They would never get recommended again. You imagine them saying to a company we could sell your company for 1 bln but our fee is 3/4 of a bln in 18 months time they would be laughed out the door
RE: Among majors, JORC and possible bidding war25 Oct 2021 12:00
Hi Mac Keep posting all the info on here it just keeps reminding me why I am here. As in the details from May “substantially all the assets” so could be well over the 75% threshold so the better for all true investors Shortly must be here soon As usual GLTA
RE: For the men out there - caution off topic!25 Oct 2021 10:27
I was lucky about 25 years ago had problems with Bowles got tested and colonoscopy found I had pre bowel cancer cut it out when they were in there then had annual checks then 3 yearly check and now all clear So please all males and all females do not feel embarrassed go get tested it could save your life Think of the pain and suffering you could stop your loved ones feeling for a 5 minute call As usual GLTA
Morning Pete & all RNS this week with a sale price and EGM date would be great and settle a lot of nerves Rather you than me with the instruction I paid for both of my boys as soon as they were 17 for lessons and test I knew they would start arguing with me and I would kick them out of the car and then get grief from the wife Have you looked at the companies that do it in a week When this comes in you could hire a personal instructor as usual GLTA
RE: Wardell Armstrong getting bigger I wonder why21 Oct 2021 23:33
If this one paragraph does not explain what they are doing for us then nothing will
More recently we have developed our capability and are at the forefront of the strategic metals revolution driven by the battery metals and electric vehicle industries demand for lithium, graphite, cobalt, nickel, tin, manganese and rare earth metals.

Wardell Armstrong getting bigger I wonder why21 Oct 2021 23:29
This was interesting on the WA site https://www.wardell-armstrong.com/news/ This was posted on the 21st October 2021 Our Mineral Processing Laboratory and Office Expand to Accommodate Demand for Services
To accommodate the increased demand for our mineral processing and metallurgical testing services, we have expanded our office and laboratory space at Wheal Jane Earth Science Park near Truro, Cornwall.
The new space now accommodates over 30 specialist staff including, Engineers, Chemists, Metallurgists, Technicians and Support Staff who all provide services to a global client base.
Why would they open a larger facility if they were not expecting much more testing to JORC and CIM codes, this is just getting bigger and more ducks lining up.
A lot of the facts are out there it takes a bit of searching
I just lost all of today’s posts took me a while going back and forth to get them back But just thinking about it is it worth it as no news yet, get paid next Wednesday on my birthday so might treat myself to some more Divi tickets if still available then
RE: Wonder what this scum tell their kids they do for a living20 Oct 2021 17:21
Bergcarls Reminds me of a joke A kid is in class and the teacher says what does your dad do for a living, the kid replies he is a male prostitute who sell his self for money. The teacher said is that for real The kid says no he is actually a Money Market man but I was too embarrassed to say the truth

Evening all Just my own thoughts but maybe the clever ones on here might have their own thoughts Could they announce the date for the EGM with all the details of sale/jorc Divi in one go, I am just thinking that even if they did not announce the Divi but said they are selling over 75% for X amount of billions we might get a rough idea of how much the payout will be ie 10bln $ =7.5bln£ = £2.30ps =50%divi = £1.15ps to us and so on, you get the idea At least we might have an idea how much we might get in the 2-3 month’s time frame All of the above figures and times are just wishful thinking and I am ready to be shoot down Fly home tomorrow so looking for a reason to stay in the sunshine As usual GLTA Les
Aston Martin DBX in black, 22inch alloys in gloss black , fitting tribute as it was on there that JT pointed me in this direction so x posting worked for me And all the best to JT for a speedy recovery but health is more important than wealth As usual GLTA

Hi Mooching At the moment it’s still all paperwork and masks, the UK might be relaxing some of the rules on the 24th October so might be worth checking then and Spain might do away with masks everywhere as well It’s not that difficult to do the only thing that is pizz ing me off is you cannot do the UK locator form till 48 hours before you get back to the uk but I like to print everything out as a hard copy is better We are back here in mid December so hopefully it will change a lot by then Just had a big full English for €2.90 so can’t complain:)
Morning Sax Pete, Ian, Tilly & all Late on deck today too much Spanish grog last night, just trying to help out the local businesses. Shortly is a relative term, how many of us have been in the pub and told the wife we will be home shortly then your mates turn up and many hours later you know you are in trouble but still have 1 more :) This will take as long as it takes and a business deal of this size and complexity and getting the best deal for all true holders is not a quick fix, if we sell for 10bln people will say that they could have got 15bln if they tried harder We will all be handsomely rewarded for our patience so sit back and relax (I am on my lounger as I type this :-) :-) As usual GLTA
