Carry on posting but you know that you will be getting slated later :) :) I enjoy reading them and it is surprising what you miss out on if you only read it the once, same as the RNS’s I have read them all several times now and they just seem to get better every time, that’s what the new people on should be doing as they are all factual documents

There are 4 big hitters from the bod that are appearing at the forum next week and there is no way that they would stand there and not be able to answer questions so IMV the RNS will be released before then so we can all digest all the info over the weekend before they are on the podium
It’s now a case of how close we are to the deal and what will be the value

They are not there to drum interest as you say they do not need the cash as they have plenty of money in the bank after the recent raise so they will be paying out most of the sale as a special divi, some of the bod are getting on a bit and want to realise the benefits of what they have got.
They are there to show the rest of the world how Russia welcomes investment and will be world leaders in the PGM markets so join us or get left behind

I have read your post and it is very well put together but do you honestly think that they would be happy with 30/50p after all these years
They are not bothered about the share price as it does not matter to the sale price of the assets which could easily be 10/15 bln
The bod have so much skin in the game that they would not be happy with your valuations
Please re read the RNS and you will see that you are miles out on you valuation as 2 bln is not enough for UBS & DLA to be here for this amount of time

Fair point but how much info do you give people surely they just need to read the RNS’s they are all legal and facts then let them make up their own mind
Just a few questions for you
Do you think we have received an offer ?
Do you think it was in the ballpark for the company?
Do you think the buyer would have spent a lot of money on doing DD ?
Do you agree that they was happy with the DD?
Do you agree they have signed off the DD ?
What do you think the next stage of M&A is ?

It’s not more confidence in people it’s just that if they have done their own research then why worry about them no one makes them invest so it’s their decisions and if it’s wrong then it’s their own fault
As for changing cut and paste that would be so incorrect as how could you change the wording on a legal document could be classed as fraud

Why do you keep posting your reasons on here re the contract, I know that you have said that it’s to help new investors decide but surely if they have read all the rns and done their own research they would be able to make up their own minds

Roll on 18.30 tonight for the main RNS to land, we know some of the things due to all the digging around that some of the investors have found out but when it’s all in a great big RNS posted the bots can’t argue.
Will look in ASDA tonight for bot repellent spray or Jub spray
True investors will be handsomely rewarded for their patience and work on here and never losing faith in their own dd

And also they can then keep the raise for going forward and pay more of the sale out as a Divi so they can call it massive and as they own a load of the shares it’s a bigger payday for them as well

It was a nice quiet weekend on here even after the flanks posting but as we thought they have now all turned up to nitpick/argue and advise us that this is a nothing happening stock and we are wrong to hold
The green boxes are in force this morning but I think that I will wait and take my chances
Until the RNS lands which it will they will just continue so either ignore or green box them

I read that earlier re the flanks and thought that it would be a sea of green boxes and was surprised to look on here now and nothing either they knew about it last week as Tilly said, they have not read the post yet or we will get all of them in the morning before 7.00 in case the RNS lands then
This is just even more ducks lining up we know there are lots more to come so is this the start that the buyer wanted and all the details can be released now.

I much prefer a fry up but trying to behave myself as working on the shoulders getting better so I can raise my arms above my head and cheer when this comes in, had about 6 months of pain but slowly getting better as long as I can lift up a glass of brandy it’s ok medicinal purposes only of course

I have an e bike great over Sherwood Pines but not been on it lately done both shoulders in so under hospital physio
The only car would have to be Aston DBX black with cream leather, wonder if I could get a towbar fitted for my wobble box :) :) :)

The sp movements are nice to see and 5% blue is still better than nothing but we are here for the massive RNS ok not last week but we know that it’s definitely incoming, this is a massive deal and not a cheap sell off, the BOD have said they will not listen to low offers. It will take as long as it takes 2/3 months for an extra 5 billion is ok by me
