All joking aside but Mac Tilly and other posters are really dangerous because they post things that are true/factual and real that’s why the drongos do not like it because they have no facts to come back with only trying to belittle us true holders
So read the RNS’s and they are true facts if you have just come across this share

There have been lot’s of people on here that are complete drongos and only to disturb and upset the good feeling that we have on here with true investors posting good facts
The true holders are safe in the knowledge that they have done the best thing for the future and the derampers have no chance

Always worked on cars rebuilt my 1st engine at 14 but can’t be bothered now, maybe I will change my mind when I retire and have more time so hopefully find out soon:-)
You can’t beat the older cars with no engine management and computer’s running everything, even my handbrake is electric, coils and points were easier and could test and repair all parts, cannot even fit new seals in brake cylinders now
It’s in the name of progress apparently

This will land when it lands and as much as people get stressed by the wait it will be worth it, and there is nothing that we can do to hurry it along.
How did the brake pipe replacement go on the FIAT, (did you know that it is an acronym--it stands for Fix It Again Tony) ;-)

Been on 1st aid training all day stuck in a room boring as f**k, but not missed anything on here apart from some of the usual drongos, EUA do like a Friday night rns so let’s just hope so but it takes as long as it takes to get the main prize

We are all guessing either right or wrong but if NN could it be a part cash part share deal so we get shares in NN and a Divi from the cash part and also keep shares in EUA2 going forward.
this could be a win/win/win situation so we have our cake and eat it now and there are more cakes being baked ready for us in the future, it could be the gift that keeps giving throughout my retirement ;-)

Thanks for the reply I was not sure what the level was to accept to offer and at only 50% to pass the resolution I would imagine that it would not be a problem.
one other thing ??? could they announce at the GM (EGM) the sale/the buyer/the amount and the ex Divi date., or a mixture of all, or is that just wishful thinking

It’s interesting in your post the top 25 shareholders own 76% of stock, under AIM rules if they are selling more than 75% of the assets they have to have a vote so that could be simple vote for us all to make
Not sure how much %age they need to pass it but 76% of shareholders would be happy

I was born in Hackney (Kingsmead estate) and loved pie and mash down Dalston, moved over to south London, then East Sussex now up north they have mushy peas with mint sauce and ****les never tried it and never will, but each to their own

Hope that everyone is all OK and any damage they have suffered is not too bad and soon gets back to normal
Nice of you Pete to think about the workers that have to deal with all this situation, I used to be on call a few years ago and having to go out to work when it’s heavy snow/wind is not the best but glad I don’t have to now

They cannot argue with the facts that’s what they do not like
This is why it’s taking longer than we thought but the BOD have said that they will not be rushed and will not accept a lowball offer, so as usual they have got investors in mind
This can take as long as it needs to get full value for us all

Could it be today??? we hope so as it’s now 4 weeks since shortly, we have put up with a lot of dross on here from all the naysayers
There are meetings going on to decide our future and these must be coming to an end soon
DD has all been done, the money must be in place so it’s just the lawyers making sure that everything is ok and ready to be signed which is their job
Jorc report today would hopefully give us a northward push
