Beast I did say just fag packet figures and also allowing for other things, but if the fees/costs are only half a bln it makes it 95pps

There are some good replies to my original post and with regards to UBS/DLA/WA fees this was just for easy workings out and the max max amount, I think it will not even be half of that amount.
My original guess with Ian over 18 months ago was for £1.85 and even that is conservative now after all the RNS's telling us JV and flanks, Japanese links, Shell links, we had the Nomad saying "Massive Dividend" DS saying that they will not look at a low offer, CS retiring, and we will rival Bushveld, if that does not triple my fag packet then ok we have EUA V2 for dividends for many years ahead.

I have tried several ways to work out the divi and this is just my own fag packet/pencil workings all just rough so don't shoot the calculator
If we sell for a very conservative $5bln less $1bln UBS/DLA/WA charges =$4bln = £2.96bln - shares in issue = £1.02ps minimum 80% divi as in RNS = 82pps, and this may be very conservative 10/15bln is possible so multiples of this
The ACF report is more than this so would make me very happy
No one knows anything for fact so we can all just guess until the RNS lands, so lets have other peoples workings out and figures.

Why people are getting stressed or arguing with other posters is not worth the grief, we have been told what is happening now and in the future so why worry

And also were they buys or sells, the way they are able to move the median just to show a buy as a sell and visa versa.
Most of us are here for the long term so the sp is not a problem it’s nice to see blue but the Divi and V2 going forward is what we are looking forward to

You have also put the comments re Divi in speech marks as though it was in the rns but actually it was “the dividend amount shall be at least 80% of the company’s adjusted net income”
Net income can be from the sale of the assets so 80% of many billions

I have just got to the point of I have had enough, left school on a Friday and started work on the Monday and that’s been it 47 years, I feel sorry for the youngsters just starting out and having to go till they are nearly 70 especially if they have had a manual job can’t see them lasting
Maybe they could get some EUA shares

I finally handed my notice in at work this morning so retire on the 25th March just as spring starts, hopefully we might know what the Divi is then so me and the wife can plan the rest of our lives

There is so much info out in the public domain that if you cannot understand what is happening with this you should not be investing

Funnily enough we have done it the opposite way, when we were in PB we got the ferry to Corellejo for a few hours and dinner and a walk, it’s just great that you can go to any of the other islands for a holiday within a holiday
Been to Fuerteventura about 30times, Lanzo about 20 times, we go to Luxor in Egypt as many times as we can a little island in the middle of the Nile 5 star luxury.
We will be going to many other places as well when this comes in
We want to get about as much as possible while we are able to and create as many memories for the wife while she can remember them, but that’s another story

You can get a TRI temporary resident visa but have to spend more than 6 months there and have an income or savings of about £23k or £32 as a couple, and take out medical cover you don’t need to own property either and have to apply annually
It’s not expensive to apply and you have to apply before you go over there
7 months in the sun and 5 months touring the UK sounds good to me

I prefer Fuerteventura just my own taste, been to Lanzo many times Playa Blanca
Went to Fuerteventura Caleta de Fuste in October, December and going back in February will get long term rental when this comes in and spend winter in the sunshine and summer touring Uk
Retiring end March so all to play for
