· Further to the proposal (the "Proposal") from the credible party (the "Buyer") on the potential asset sale announced via RNS on 12 May 2021, the Buyer has informed Eurasia in writing that it has successfully completed its due diligence.

My own opinion FWIW is that they have now confirmed in writing that they have succesfully completed DD so they must have been happy with it so they just need to sign on the dotted line and transfer the $$$$$

We are waiting for the RNS to land and we have had 8 in the last 3 months that have landed at anytime during the day

That’s a much better link to that page it explains it in better detail and looking at it from both sides it lists all the finer stages in greater detail, it proves that we are much further forward than we thought so I can’t see it being much longer
With all the big hitters having been working on here for a long time UBS, DLA,WA this is not a petty deal, I think we will be pleasantly surprised at the final outcome

Not been posting on here much recently as not worth it as anything gets lost in the dross by the naysayers, it’s amazing how they turn up to bash the stock then at the slightest reversal they all disappear if you can’t understand why then maybe you should not be here.
There is so much confidence that we are on the home straight now it’s oozing that’s what they do not like
I need that sale RNS as I really need to do my FO letter it looks like the end of March but could be sooner depends on how big the Divi is 39p is enough and that should be blown out of the water, my original guess was £1.85 so anything over would be better for all my family

Assuming that we have done step 8 as in the rns the contracts must have been drawn up during the process and just need tweaking, the finance must be in place so then step 10 =payday :)

Just watched the Tesla shareholders meeting from September this year and Elon Musk talks about the mining of metals for battery production and Elon Musk says that it will take at least 10 years before they get near required amounts of Lithium/Nickel. so they will not run out of mining sites, someone in the audience asks about mineral mining at about 1hr 20mins follow the link below, and he wants to build batteries to power the grid
