Eua are an exploratory mining company they will sell what they want to now, move on and explore and prove up going forward with the JV , it’s a rinse and repeat exercise for them that’s why they are going with EUA2
Also some of the board want to retire after 25 years here and good luck to them all

So 10% of what’s in the ground say 150bln makes it 15bn to us, about £12bn that’s about £3.75 ps say 50% as a Divi = £1.85 ps
I think that most of us could live with that and EUA2 going forward

Thanks for the explanation it sorts of makes sense, maybe it’s just me overthinking it now we are getting close and even started to think of things to do in retirement.
I always try to look at things from both sides as no one is always correct in everything they do.

Hi all
I have no idea about company structures and welcome any comments from people who know better
We have Monchegorskoe, Yuksporskaya and Terskaya holding licences and I know they are all bits of EUA, does that mean we hold parts of them included in our shares of EUA, only just a thought if they are independant from EUA and we sell 75% of EUA are the assets held by the other companies included in the working out of the 75% to pay the DIVI or will they be classed as seperate companies so we do not get a share of what they hold.
I bet that I have not explained this very good but I am sure you get the drift or just reply and I will try to expalin a bit better.

It’s all relative if you borrow money to gamble and lose it and still live that’s ok but there are people who borrow money then lose that then borrow more extreme case just think of Nick Leeson
There are thousands of people who kill them selves due to debt
I am ok as if I lose the lot I have got enough to carry on until retirement and still have holidays so no worries for me

Totally agree that you should not spend what is not yours ie borrow to gamble.

I am a bigger risk taker than the wife she is happy at 0.05% but that’s less than inflation so you actually are getting worse off I have managed to get her into an ISA with HL so it will help her

I have done the same thing today, sold half my holding in another company that might come good in a few years (at a loss today) to load more in here as this has got the best potential to get a big return in the short term and then can play about with others in my PF as and when I want to

Thanks for the details it all makes interesting reading, i wonder why UBS have increased so much, could it be that no 8.3/8.5 are needed now and they are close to the action, the II's at 26 would be nice to find out who they are but still in here for the end game so the daily sp is not a problem at all,
I have sold some others in my PF that may take a few years to come good to build up in here as this must be very close now, there are so many details that are due that we could get a lot of RNS's released over a short period of time and the bots could not hold it back.

The rns said that we have 3 wash plants up and running and the Q2 results are due by the end of Q3 so we should get more details then

The wife’s birthday guess was right yesterday but not the one we wanted, did not post yesterday as there was so much cr @p on here yesterday
Just my thoughts on it, we raised more while we have all the assets so made it easier and gives us enough to buy the rest from Rosgeo which the buyer might have asked for. so we sell at least 75% making a bigger divi and they don’t have to save more of the sale cash going forward to EUA2
WA have finished the details and it’s more than 104m oz
The raise by Thursday completed so another RNS on Friday to give us more details and the possible sale would be great so Ian could you please put me down for this Friday 25th
Nothing in this company has changed ok we get less of the pie per share but it’s a much bigger pie as more assets
Last time we had over 50m share traded the following days the price went up so here’s hoping

As posted yesterday went to Meadowhall yesterday the credit card got lots of abuse then the cinema then meal so spent 8 hours there walked over 3 miles but she had a good day and was happy so that’s what counts
