Been here since July last year after a cross ramp from JT on AML and DD Cheers for that
I know that I am not a very LTH such as Ian, Mac, Tilly, LB, Lancer to name a few sorry for not mentioning more but at what stage do you become a LTH, I have been topping up all the time and will not sell a bean till the fat lady sings

I know that 75% triggers the AIM rule 15 as below but it may be 80/90% being sold , we have all been working out numbers on the 75% but it could easily be more as that is only the level when the rule kicks in.
So if it goes for 3Bn every 5% above the 75% is an extra 150Mln

I know this might sound greedy but this is a once in a lifetime chance for most true investors

15. Any disposal by an AIM company which, when aggregated with any other disposal(s) over
the previous twelve months, exceeds 75% in any of the class tests, is deemed to be a
disposal resulting in a fundamental change of business and must be:
— conditional on the consent of its shareholders being given in general meeting;
— notified without delay disclosing the information specified by Schedule Four and
insofar as it is with a related party, the additional information required by rule 13;
and
— accompanied by the publication of a circular containing details of the disposal and
any proposed change in business together with the information specified above and
convening the general meeting.

I normally end of with GLTA but we do not need luck we just need patience :)

I have had similar and I made a very weak solution of PVA painted that on to seal it then let it dry and the new paint went on OK

It’s great enthusiasm and fantastic effort more than I have even tried and I applaud you for the effort but I gave up a long time ago trying to work out any figures maybe that’s why I am in the red :)
I will just wait until they tell me what I will be getting and vote accordingly and if it’s anything over 75p Divi that’s me retired and EUA2 will keep topping up my pension
Carry on with the good work if it helps you and don’t worry about it

Thanks for the financial advice I will now sell all my shares so I can buy them back cheaper next week. Hope you are right otherwise if I lose money I will sue you as you you have guaranteed it

The amount of negative posts and green boxes on here for the past week is no surprise as they know something is getting close and their masters want more of it and they have more contacts/feelers and researchers to dig better than we can and the II’s are buying more so follow the money

The BOD obviously know what is going on and maybe thats why DS said bigger than Bushveld, he knows his stuff and all these thinly veiled hints are worth reading over and over again to get the bigger picture

The vox interview with the Nomad said MASSIVE dividend and it was in a RNS as well so no worries from me been here since last July at 16s and never sold anything and topped up all the way now averaging 27 so well in the red but not worried at all
This will come good as everything is still in the ground and the bod are working hard to get it done

There are a few posters on here that just seem to post and argue with everyone the amount of green boxes over the weekend was amazing but not surprising, when there is money involved and it’s taking longer than we all thought then nerves/stress creeps in and they deflect the stress by hitting out at other posters
I am lucky enough to not worry or need to sell even if it takes another year and will just top up as and when I can

I have previously used the 2.8 figure but someone on here said that you have to use the 3.3 number I hope that it’s the lower figure as it’s more for us :) and the quicker I can retire
