You are postman at the end of the day not a company that is multi skilled and worldwide based ,there are people out there who accepted the changes so as the business and them can move forward get out of the 70s you militant buch of dinosaurs,now wait for the feedback can't wait ha ha

There are a lot of PLCs who have had to change there pension approach you and your militant mates just think it is rmg well your wrong so the sooner you accept that you and your union buddies are nothing special and there are other people who have made changes the better , you won't win any friends with that attitude so stop kidding ya self and Man up , your like kids when you don't get what you want off you go crying to that militant union ask them how there pensions are final salary I bet Hypocrisy

There are lots of people in the private sector who have had to make big changes to there pensions which included not getting what they thought they would when they signed up but they found a way of addressing it even it meant losing some of the ordinal pension pot so im afraid you will have to compromise like millions of others as you will get no sympathy from those people

As stated already most of these reviews are from militant union members they are not bothered about the business just themselves typical Unions

I agree 100% with your points theses people think that they are owed something as you say it is a plc not a government department funded by taxation,I think of all those years that us taxpayers kept this industry going and for what ,I like youwill wait and if a really cheap opportunity arises I will buy and then sell on a possible buyout as this is a short term gamble especially with how a lot of the old time staff see this as a plc ,the taxpayers do not want to put money into this to hold it up im sure .Good Luck

Because like an awful lot of the public they are really not bothered about you or your pensions and like to laugh and comment on how this business has such loyal hard working staff ,I saw an opportunity ages ago for a good few quid and took it ,this was never long term because of all you dead wood dinosaurs who are out for themselves Selfish opinionated people who really should be in another job but they dont want to earn less than £11 an hour do they .the public don't give a toss if you bring the business down or you lose ya jobs ,hence the move to FTSE250 not such a big company after all in the private sector
