I imagine like previous years that if the BOD offer Hillside a share option as payment for the debt the sp will drop again

Just one week to D Day or should we call it Debt Day then we will get some more info on how Minoan are moving ?

There appears to be a story going around that Minoan will be offering more shares to Hillside International for the present debt they owe I don't know how they will see this not very positive as I said before what could are share options if you can't sell them especially the amount Hillside have got Ouch

No obsession here mate just reality but I thought you wasn't bothered so try and keep up with your points good luck with ya investment

You couldn't lecture me if you tried when are you going to accept that the dot boom bubble has well gone if you feel there is a miracle waiting to happen with this outfit then ya dreaming you can bang on about Aim shares but us real investors know that it is one big gamble with most of them especially here so if you don't like the opinions of some reality then Tough move on and keep your thoughts to yourself because I'm not interested OK. Shares is about what you have earned not what you own its only profit when its in your pocket not paper

This BOD have been ripping people off for years and Never put a pound into the so called business

BTW it's about opinions you don't need to be a shareholder just like anyone people have opinions wether you like it or not

Not dull my friend ,have a big portfolio of shares RR ,Glaxo BP ,I don't think they are a too bad a lot there is risk with any stock but I have done well through my life and not through Minoan etc everyone for there own eh ,I bet you are only holding buttons in this compared to the above so I don't take lectures of an aim specialist,good luck with your aim stocks

Your assessment is bang on the money but I'm afraid some people here are living in cuckoo land , if you kept loaning me money I kept giving excuses about payment surely in the end the penny drops as for the BOD they have never put a penny in and will never put one in either just take what's in out ,as you said the travel agency's work to such small margins they have to sell a lot of holidays and they are not Thomsons etc are they ?

All I would say is what organised business with funds in place would operate like this and expect to recieve financial help Minoan the BOD are just taking there money and also taking the P --S maybe Hillside have had enough ?

I think they are having difficulty convincing Hillside about there loan ,they are probably a bit fed up with the same los nonsense

Heading south are Hillside playing hardball with the debt and wanting cash 💰, I think they may well be disappointed

I would like to see the true value of this business when all of the debt is taken out not 19 Million im afraid

I wonder when a dose of reality will sink in about this BOD and just dor good measure I don't really think the FTSE 100 has any bearing on this very minor stock !

I wonder if this drop in SP is because the BOD are facing difficulties trying to sort the Loan out ,I wonder ?

Now we will see how this BOD performs as you say those travel agent shops are not worth a lot of money so we wait and see
