I’m already bought in mate at £3.09 about 10 days ago but if it drops near £3.05 I will buy again good luck remember I’m only looking for short term gain

Hello mate you know bette4 than most that brokers are only about looking after there own clients ,I’ve been here over 30 years my friend and seen a lot of bad situations but like others here have already said I’m confident that with an upturn in research about a vaccine and cost savings RR will bounce back ,just like it has in the past ,they have world class products and there are plenty of airlines out there who agree good luck

Yes I agree about having constructive views and opinions and I respect people more who have an insight and an honest opinion on matters related to the business That carry impartiality and that’s where I see your present views.Im not invested here anymore but at the same time I always like to see people succeed especially as there are certain people on here who just don’t want PLC world but want all the benefits from it .i will leave it there good luck with your holding here

I was middle management at RR and had over 50 engineers including myself to manage a project for over 18 years of which it became one of the best products in t(e market ands still is ,as for my wife she is Company Senior Staff and manages the latest design which will be in the market place in the next 2 years so between us we have worked around a lot of high end intelligent people with vast managerial experience, im retired but my wife is still going strong after over 31 years !

There are also great opportunities to make money short term especially as this keeps bouncing around the £3 mark ,Cash is King at present and plenty of it !

One question I ask you ,Have you only managed these people at RMG ?

Do us all a favour and simply admit RMG has A dire sickness record and poor ex posters who Don’t make management material they would not get a job elsewhere Fact !

Oli RMG have a terrible record for sickness some of which is genuine but I’m afraid a majority like characters on here just take this to an absolute high level and it’s obvious this has been going on for decades,the union do not address this because they have imbedded a culture of it’s been like this for decades and we get away with why change . There are managers here who are ex posties with a No real management experience or skills in man management and don’t make the grade so this needs to change if this business wants to be a forward modern thinking industry.Until you get a senior management structure in place who can see that these issues need changing as you said Oli this will never change and I’m afraid this business will never succeed long term in the PLC world but that is what the CWU Mad Isleworth and others want .Sad really

And there you have the sorry state of a lot of the workforce who let the real hardworking staff down and they are so pleased to take advantage of outdated and militant selfish wasters no good for any business ,that is what RMG management are up against ,they just don’t understand the real working world !

Mike ther3 is far more than 2/3 % of the workforce who don’t work but play the system RMG has one of the worst sick absences in the FTSE 250 there are thousands of them !

You are absolutely bang on mate that is the main concern here , that is what they want rid off you pointed out the obvious and the fact that some of these people are managers , they wouldn’t get a job anywhere else ! Yes

It’s your way or No way I get that but would you agree that No union even you’re sacred CWU can stop those unfortunate redundancy’s happening at RR BA etc ,that is how modern day business have to react to circumstances outside there control ,I suppose you won’t understand that mate !

It’s got nothing to do with unions .this is about businesses modernising and utilising staff for the job in hand ,you just don’t get PLC world you need to look at the bigger picture involving a company not just your pocket ,you are so out of touch mate ! The union Will Not save the redundancy’s rapt RR or BA even the the great CWU can’t do that ,get real

I get that totally and respect you for being honest this obviously makes it clear from your centre that automation is needed ,I wonder how many other mail centres are like yours that’s a lot of staff mate !

Don’t talk absolute garbage ,what you know about RR you could put on a stamp to compare this industry with British leyland is a joke , I suggest you find another forum as you are not credible with your pathetic rants !

When you talk about excess staff due to automation surely like other businesses have realised RR BA etc you unfortunately have to make these tough but correct decisions to make people redundant .The CWU have to understand that when certain measures come into the business to improve things then there may well be an overload of staff that are not required as in this case . As mentioned above that is what other industry have had to do ,welcome to the modern PLC world Mr Pullinger !

Let me ask you how you come to that conclusion ?,was you one of them because I can assure you there are a lot of really hard working people at this business and if everyone was as you think they are we would not have world class products or a business , You sound very bitter maybe you got sacked for being one of the above you talk about this happens in all businesses let us hope these are the people who are first out of the door but for the many that work hard it’s very unfortunate ! I bet you didn’t feel guilty getting paid whilst you were there did you ?

In afraid this is unfortunate but as with the aviation sector needs to happen to react to the downturn in flying hours. I’m sure in the future when we all start to fly again there will be an upturn but that will take time in present climate . Let us hope that all of us see a positive return to more positive days soon !
