Agree - only a hunch rather than fact but based on what went on with CNR and multiple data room visits (truth or porkies !) - add these blockers to the equation, SP/trades have been/is behaving odd!

Plausible - you could go even further and say, they have agreed on a T/O much the same as Condor Gold's sale shenanigans (2 years in the making and SP behaved much the same but tad better) - Solg tying up loose ends - food for thought!
