VAST raised £1,467,000 gross through a placing (the ‘Placing’) of 652,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) at a price of 0.225p per Ordinary Share. Not sure why todays RNS not shown in lse.co.uk

Who is buys VAST through placement. Is those guys every made profit?

Today, just 19Mill share sale downed 10% of market capital with 1600Mill shares... shame...Why VAST management is not care to interference should think wisely as any placement depends on market price.

I can't understand how this sold and brought figures works. My understanding is one had brought when one sell it. Anyone explain in what context these figures shown

I scared whether lender what to swallow VAST.

I feel we never get anything doing legal fight. Instead we should group together to meet and raise our concerns to UK chancellor & shadow chancellor and ask for compensation for UK investor who lost they money due to Russian Sanction.

If I'm not wrong, in may atlas returned £800,000 and got £3.5million by new arrangement in may 22. Then whats the need for placement now. Something fishy here happening.

UK govt must compensate UK POG shareholders for the sanction. It won't be big money compared to the money they giveaway for Ukraine war.

AAZ management is good who reduced 50m debt to cash in hand. But noticed gold production reduced yearly bases. Need to progress on new resource quickly especially from acquired after Armenia war.

Is not most of the amount POG return to Gazprombank and due is only 201mill and 87mill. Then how come 600milli is just cover up debts.. Anyone please explain how this 600milli debt come from...We also seen sudden spike in liability within a month through RNS statement. Whole process is stinks from the day bod nominating themselve with know administrators. I wonder why court didn't appoint administrator. Is not their job to re-check the offer instead of just accepting it.
