their is big question on BOD. Wonder why they didn't disclose about buy offers before. Whey they go for administration while getting proposal. I doubt these proposal might be from insiders. With 7.8Mz of gold reserve 1 billion might be throw away price for Indian and Chinese buyers. Next to POG office in grosvenor, Tata sons office is near by they can buy easily for their TITAN groups if the BOD aproach. Need open sales process......

Finally, Atlas done his job.... It's independent day for VAST..

So far we noticed they excised their share and sold to reduce price to excised more share at low price. Guys with this behaviour won't allow the share to spike.

Atlas reduces his holding at this price is good for other share holders who holding VAST for long term.

After years of drama 42% of VAST sold to Atlas for just 3M approx. Great job all we done. Thanks to AP and others helps atlas to achieve this

When VAST can able to raise money with placement in millions I wonder why it was postponed to pay them for long. VAST should raised money with right issue at-least investors benefited.

Why not VAST raise money from existing shareholder issuing rights of 2 share at 1p. Doing it, VAST generate 6 million to settle Atlas loan. Otherwise atlas swallow us soon at cheap price.

I see 100:1 share consolidation done to keep price down to help Atlas to takeaway at cheap price.

Pecten11 thanks for the information. I have no option other than think positive as I already lost 80% of my investment on it. With current market price I think we may loose 60% of the stake to Atlas. After that Atlas will be like us as well. It best deal compare to bellzone mining BZM or XEL where share holder lost all to the bond holders.
