@Stockportedd, I'm holding VAST for more than 5 yrs. we are not haters soon you will be one of us. If we really want our return back then we should vote against AUTHORISE ISSUE OF EQUITY in upcoming Annual meeting. Otherwise BOD might liquidate the company further.

I will be happy if its good start. I topped up so far nearly 20M share to average it still in -90% loss. VAST has around 8.5Million loan unsettled. No news from Zimbabwe diamond progress. No financial nos so far from ore sales...Management never thought to raise money through right issue instead goes for placement and liquidate share holders.... I started to think management just want run the show for their regular salary and no thought for shareholder. Anyway, I want to be wrong on my thought.

VAST raised £1,467,000 gross through a placing (the ‘Placing’) of 652,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) at a price of 0.225p per Ordinary Share. Not sure why todays RNS not shown in lse.co.uk
Today, just 19Mill share sale downed 10% of market capital with 1600Mill shares... shame...Why VAST management is not care to interference should think wisely as any placement depends on market price.
I feel we never get anything doing legal fight. Instead we should group together to meet and raise our concerns to UK chancellor & shadow chancellor and ask for compensation for UK investor who lost they money due to Russian Sanction.
AAZ management is good who reduced 50m debt to cash in hand. But noticed gold production reduced yearly bases. Need to progress on new resource quickly especially from acquired after Armenia war.
